Mustard Cafe & Grill

Stopped in for breakfast today and Maria assisted me. Her smile lights up the place and she is professional and kind. I ordered the omelet with spinach, tomato, onion, avocado, sausage, and Swiss cheese. It came with potatoes and sourdough toast. The meal was fantastic and the ambiance soothing.A great spot for good food, people, service and ambiance. Highly recommended

Good food, quick/kind service, and very very very good coffee. I drink my coffee black and will sometimes add sugar if it's not great, did not need to do that here. Personally I love the olive loaf that the avocado toast, very soft but firm and not overwhelming.Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Clean and cozy restaurant. It was interesting to order at the counter before you sit. They will bring food out to your table. So, you pay first, not after you are done. We ordered 4 dishes for 5 people total. You may want to order 1 dish per person tho for their food portion is a bit less than I expected. They use noticibly fresh ingredients. I love all the dishes I tried.

Again! Excellent service all around. Cashier/Server Maria was on point as usual.The cooks in the back were outstanding again, the food prepared looked good, and it was delicious. We got to meet the owner and his daughter today. Cool guy, amazing work ethic. Very welcoming. Love the atmosphere of the place.

As far as cafe's go, Mustard Cafe & Grill was very average. The bread on the Avacado toast was lack luster and took away from the avocado itself. The French toast also seemed flavorless and burnt on the outside. However, where mustard cafe thrives is its variety and friendly service.The inviting and calm restaurant gives a homey feel, I hope to try it again.The espresso I ordered was pulled perfectly , and the staff was so friendly!

I catered food from Mustard Cafe for two separate birthday parties (1st birthday and 40th birthday) and my guests loved the food. Maria was great to work with when placing my orders.My first order was their chicken and beef kabob trays. It comes with a tray of rice and salad as well. This was in addition with other types of food and was definitely a hit with our guests (60+). Be careful putting it on a warming tray because after a few hours it can overcook the meat and veggies.The second order was their sandwich and wrap platters (both large orders). The sandwiches and wraps are huge and they cut it in half. You can also request certain meats (or no meat for vegans). It was more than enough for our party of 30 guests!If you're thinking of hosting a party and catering food, I highly recommend this place. Great family owned business with fantastic service. Thank you for making our birthday parties a memorable one!

My son and I stopped by for breakfast this morning. We weren't expecting anything special from a simple bacon and egg dish but we certainly enjoyed our meal. Their coffee is delicious...bacon perfect, eggs perfect, place so very clean and the people made us feel very welcome. We will be going back to try lots of other things...perfect neighborhood spot. So disappointing. We waited a long time for our food. Someone who came after us got their food before us. We ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with fries and an eggs benedict with hash browns. Everything was cold. Even the latte was lukewarm. I wouldn't have minded the wait if our food was hot. Obviously, it had just been sitting. The best item we got was the tomato soup. It was delicious and the only item that was hot. This was our first time here and we will not be back.

I don't do reviews but this place was so bad I had to. I ordered the pastrami sandwich and it was TERRIBLE. Literally the worst pastrami I've ever had in my life and I'm not exaggerating. Not only did it take forever and it wasn't busy so not sure why it took so long. When I finally received my food, I don't know what to call the meat but it wasn't pastrami. Also, most pastrami sandwiches usually have a nice meat to bread ratio. Nope not this place, it had more bread than meat. Just terrible. I work nearby and I'm always looking for somewhere to eat and I will NEVER eat there again even if it was free. Seriously, it was that bad.
