I LOVE Mother's Market and Kitchen. Their food is delicious and they have vegetarian options! The breakfast special (and menu specials) changes every month. Sunrise breakfast specials are an amazing deal for less than $5. The chefs make the most delicious food! The restaurant staff is always friendly. (Thanks Carlos & team!) The fresh pressed juice is really good and the market has good selections of helthy food.

This is for the restaurant only, and I'm writing this in the restaurant as I speak. We came here at 11:00. No one acknowledged us, so we seated ourselves. We ordered tuna melt sandwich, egg plate and pancakes. It is now 11:45 and we still have not received our food. Luckily our server was nice and checked up on us, but the staff seemed stressed.Now, we are noticing that people who came in after us are getting their food before us, which is a very big pet peeve of mine. Staff says that the tickets were switched or something. This is absolutely ridiculous. Mothers - hire more people to fix this issue. Maybe if you had more staff your team wouldn't be running around with their heads cut off.The one star goes to the servers for working so hard. I don't blame them at all. They were also nice enough to get my sister some toast and jam quickly since her blood sugar was low.Mother's management and the leadership - you need to do better. Update - we finally got our food at 1210. Don't come here if your blood sugar is low and be prepared to wait.

Healthy Eats at Mother's Market & Kitchen They have some pretty good healthy choices to pick from. Their fruit and produce look so appealing and fresh. Their juices are freshly made, just like the ones you get from the juice bar! For their ready to go meals, my favorites are their Ancient Grains Bowl, Skinny Fresh Summer Wraps, Guacamole, Egg Salad and Cobb Salad!! Every month, they have a Smoothie of the Month. And, check out their Vitamin Dept for supplements, protein powder, CBD and more!

Sue provides excellent five star service! And is super friendly and helpful. She goes above and beyond. I bought a breakfast burrito early in the morning and she noticed it was cold to the touch. She asked me if I wanted it heated and I said no I could just eat it cold. But then she said she said she didn't mind microwaving it for me, so I took her up on it. Thanks for making my morning so much better!

Huntington Beach, Ca. Ok maybe I was a bit late for lunch, it was 1 pm. But all the hot dishes were sold out except for about a dozen vegan burritos, which are obviously not a hot selling item. The only bowl left was pancake and eggs, left over from breakfast. Yuck. I purchased instead a salmon and roasted vegetable meal that I had to heat up at home. The salmon tasted like a salt block. Oh well.

as stated in my previous review, i'm really not one to complain. i still stand by the fact the service i received was unacceptable, but i really don't like leaving negative energy out there. hence the 3 stars as opposed to 1 star. after posting my review, one of the managers, his name is irving, stopped me in the store when i came again for lunch a few days after. he wanted to touch base about what happened and i explained my experience to him. he then offered to comp my next meal from the cafe, which i appreciate, however, i'd much prefer to see a change in customer service as opposed to receiving a free meal. but i do appreciate the gesture. most of my experience here hasn't been bad, BUT the overall sense of urgency is lacking. i always see that both the market and the cafe are understaffed, so the lack in urgency paired with not enough employees on the floor.... don't go here if you're in a time crunch
