Mongiello's Pizza & Wings

Mongiello's pizza and wings , inside McFadden Market Place. They have a lot of halal options , you have to ask them. We ordered the Asada quesadilla. It was a good portion size and tasted excellent. Would definitely go back and try the other halal options. The servers were kind . The place has a cool vibe, like a food court, but with really nice decor and branding. It's definitely a hip spot, mostly with younger people hanging out. There's a club on the second floor, and a burger place opposite serving halal food as well. Overall, it's a solid halal spot with great food and a nice setup. If you're in the area, give it a try!

Online Order: Awe man I was hopeful to bring in the new year full off some top tier pizza. I took a gander over the reviews over the last year and was hopeful that the responses from the restaurant personnel was a reflection of not only their customer service but their dedication on delivering the best possible product based off the feedback of their consumers. In short: I was wrong LOL. Ordered a medium pepperoni, sausage, pineapple pizza. There were notes when ordering made it clear that "all the pizza will be served in their light, crispy crust". So how did it taste? - I've literally had better pizza in the Army DFAC. This is not a stretch of my imagination. One of the worst $30 on pizza ever. - When I see the "round generic sausage" on pizza I cringe. - There was absolutely no cheese pull. I even warmed it back up because I assumed it could have cooled off in transit. - The pizza sauce was a lighter in color (almost like a vodka sauce) than the normal red robust color I'm accustomed to. The sauce was "bitter". Not sweet, or garlicky with hints of herbs and seasonings. - The crust was doughy on top and had a crisp bottom, like that of a Pizza Hut pan pizza. (I read reviews about the crust being doughy and was hopeful this is something that had been addressed but unfortunately I was mistaken) - The pepperoni was extremely bland. No salty savory or even oil than you may expect for the price point. - In short, I blame the photos. Definitely a case of "what I ordered vs what I got"Best of luck to them.

We ordered the 9" Genoa Pizza, Caesar Salad, and Cannoli. For two people, it was enough , but next time, we're getting the 12". Pizza was delicious, salad was fresh, but the cannoli were a huge disappointment. I'm not sure what happened. I've never had a cannoli so bad that I couldn't finish it. I hate wasting food, but my friend and I were unable to stomach these. The shells were soggy and had a weird flavor, like soap, or licorice. I couldn't figure out what was so bad about it, but it was a letdown since that was the last bite of the meal we had. I had to wash my mouth out. Hopefully this was a one off occasion.I won't be getting the cannoli again, but I will be back for pizza!

Great food and service. The pizza was excellent. The cashier (manager? owner?) was very friendly and helpful. Fun atmosphere and great vibe! Hidden gem!

Mongiello's is a hole in the wall that I never knew existed until about an hour ago when I had a craving for wings. When I went inside, I was greeting by a large menu on two screens and decided to order the Hot Wings which came highly recommended from reviews. The wings were flavorful and had a spicy and thick and creamy coat of sauce yet you could tell they put their own twist on it to make it stand out from other hot sauces. Additionally, I took advantage of my yelp offer and got a free pair of mini cannolis which were delicious. Both cannolis had a fresh coat of chocolate syrup and the cream reminded me of cannolis I had on the east coast.The service was fantastic as it only took me 10 minutes to get 9 wings and I really liked the dimly lit ambiance with exposed ceilings in an industrial yet modern atmosphere.

Place has the best pizza around. I feel like they are affordable. They are my favorite in town

The pizza is really good here. This is our second time ordering pizza from this place. They also stay open pretty late which is great for midnight cravings.

Best pizza hands down. I personally love the pepperoni being a little crispy around the edge.
