Mixed Bakery

From now on, Mixed Bakery is my bakery of choice in Orange County. I recently purchased a 9-inch cake for a Bridal Shower. It was excellent and the presentation was so right on what we wanted. The chocolate mousse filling was out of this world and the buttercream frosting was amazingly creamy and light. Elyssa was really easy to work with and very accommodating to our wishes as well. All I had to do was add a little touch to top the cake (roses and Bridal To Be) to give a final touch to match our theme party. I also ordered a chocolate saucisson which reminded me of one of my favorite treats I always get while visiting France. Now I know where to get all my favorite goodies right here in OC, thanks to Elyssa, Owner of Mixed Bakery.

I have used Mixed Bakery for several special occasions and as gifts for clients and friends. All their desserts are fresh and very tasty. Excellent professional service with great communication and always delivering on time. Remember Mixed Bakery for all your holiday desserts!

Just wanted to share that Elyssa had a pop-up at West Elm today and my husband & I stopped in to pick up the Lemon bar and a brownie. Both were delicious with the perfect texture and sweetness. But the lemon bar was especially delicious. Looking forward to tasting some more tasty treats!

Holy cow! Delish.Found Mixed Bakery while doing a Google search for a local cake baker. I quickly found myself following the company on IG.I called planning to order a cake. Although my cake needs and her decorating style didn't match for the particular occasion, Elyssa was a sweetheart in letting me down easy. With her help, I found the right baker... but my interest was piqued. Today, I drove from Azusa to South Coast Plaza to have a taste of her baked goods. It was so worth the drive!! Elyssa was amazing. Once we got home and had a tasting, there was a small argument about which brownie was gluten free and which wasn't. I will be inventing reasons to order goodies from her!

We just had my Mom's 90th Birthday last night. The cake was perfect. This lady can bake. We had to give her number out to more then a few of Mom's guest. Thx Elyssa

Elyssa is the best! She bakes everything from scratch and it tastes amazing every time! It's consistent, easy to pick up, and always professionally packaged. She does a whole variety of different baked goods and let me tell you, they are perfect for any occasion! I picked up a couple bags of her bourbon pecan cookies to share with my family for the holidays and there were as tasty as ever! Perfect as any gift, dessert bar at parties or weddings! Bottom line is, she is an excellent baker and a very kind person! You'd be crazy not to use her for all your dessert needs!

Wow! Everything we order from Elyssa is amazing, but this one really took the cake (pun intended). First, we ordered a pound of her bourbon pecan cookies - not my first choice, but the hubby wanted them. Holy cow - I'm a convert! These cookies are light, crispy and full of flavor. I'm embarrassed to say how many I ate. We also really wanted a carrot cake for Thanksgiving, but it wasn't on Elyssa's Thanksgiving menu. Still, I asked and she came through with the most amazing carrot cake I have tasted in my life. You can taste real carrots, and it's moist and flavorful with just the right ratio of cream cheese to cake. A perfect end to our Thanksgiving meal. I can't wait to see what she comes up with for Christmas!

If you want the best rugelach in the world...order them from Mixed Bakery. Absolutely amazing. They were light, flaky, and tasty. I brought them to a party and need much more because even people who don't usually eat dessert, loved them. Thank you for this fabulous bakery.

Mixed bakery has the best tasting baked goods! They are known for using quality ingredients and prides itself in keeping their products fresh and natural. We ordered a chocolate cake for my daughter's birthday and it was DELICIOUS!!Exactly how my 7 year old wanted since she does not like frosting and it was really scrumptious, yet not heavy or overly sweet, just perfect. Our guests all asked where did we get the cake since it was so yummy. Will definitely be ordering a lot more cakes from Mixed Bakery. She also accommodate the delivery, timing and everything exactly as needed. We couldn't be happier with Elyssa from Mixed Bakery for making it all a breeze and delicious.
