Michelangelo's at Pizza Heaven

Best pizza I have had in OC or maybe ever. Have ordered/delivered a couple times this year as they have consistently great pizza choices for a small or large crowd. But on Christmas Eve 2024 I ordered a couple of their great pizzas. Ordered one of the more traditional pizzas as they are always a crowd pleaser. Decided to try the Mushroom Melt pizza. Added white sauce and Italian sausage. Only ordered a medium as I didn't know how I would like it , let alone how my guest would like it. Turned out to be terrific and my new favorite. My guests wanted to try it and before I could get a second piece, my Mushroom Melt pizza had been devoured. Gone. Beside the quality of the pizza, I really like the way they slice the pizza. Large slices with a memorable crust and ample delicious toppings.You're welcome!

Disappointing ExperienceI was excited to try this pizza place, especially with their advertised 10% discount for first-time customers for web orders. However, the experience was frustrating from start to finish.First, their online ordering system did not allow me to customize a pizza with toppings on only half, forcing me to call in my order. When I asked about the 10% discount over the phone, I was told it wasn't available for call-in orders, which was disappointing.Their website also failed to display any of their deals, and the person taking my order never mentioned them. Yet when I arrived to pick up my order, large signs in the store advertised specials I could have taken advantage of--something that should have been communicated upfront.After driving 15 minutes home, I discovered that I had received the wrong order. When I called the store, they agreed to remake my pizzas but required me to return the incorrect ones. Upon my second trip back, the employee (who turned out to be the manager) made a comment that was both unprofessional and unnecessary: "Thanks, I needed to see those to make sure I wasn't being bullshitted."As a consolation, they offered to let me keep one of the mistakenly given pizzas--a sweet potato pizza--insisting I'd "probably love it." While I appreciate the gesture, it didn't make up for the overall hassle.When I finally got home with the correct order, the pizza itself was underwhelming--thin, greasy, and lacking in flavor. Given the poor service, miscommunication, and mediocre food, I have no intention of returning.

I love the pizza. I've had it four or five times now. And it's always been bomb. If you get the extra large, it's big big.One word of warning. If you order jalapeños on your pizza, you better be prepared for a blanket of them. I was not expecting near that many. There was literally a blanket of them on the pizza.Way more than I would've wanted, but it was easy to take it off, and somebody else would love that. Hopefully next time I order olives it looks like that. Don't change a thing.Two thumbs up, five stars .

Delicious! We ordered a custom Spicy Vegetarian Pizza for carry out. Perfect crust, all fresh ingredients and tasty sauce. My favorite pizza in Fullerton. Can't wait to have it again.

Visit: first time, September 2024 (I went back the next week)I've been trying to look for a local pizza spot, but haven't found the right place. Until I tried Pizza Heaven. They put their toppings on pizza like they like eating pizza. You can tell it is put together with care and they don't hold back on the ingredients.I've tried: hot Hawaiian, super Hawaiian (plus pepperoni), meat lovers, wings, garlic ranch.Hot Hawaiian - what surprised me was the chopped up jalapenos. they might have been rinsed so it didn't taste too acidic and didn't make the pizza wet and difficult to cook through.Ranch - they have a "house made" ranch that has garlic flavor that we enjoy. Kind of different than typical ranch.My preparation preference would have the bottom of the crust a little bit more done. I usually need to heat up my pizza in a pan with a lid. My preferred way of reheating pizza.Other places I've tried but didn't leave an impression: Fuoco, Two Saucy Broads, Zero Zero 39, Big Slice.I also like BreweryX pizza.If you're unsure about trying this place out, give it a try!

4 slice! Imagine that! 4 slice of their pizza! And I'm still asking myself why..why my husband only bought for the kids???It's so yummy and the dough...what's with the dough!!! Why it's different??It's good. I ate the crust...like my daughter's left over! It's seriously good. Need to go back again as the "stars" given here, shines well! They also have offers in their small flyer for take out specials. Worth the money! Worth the wait...fresh for sure!

First time coming and will be back.Super friendly when we first walked in and the food was great. Wings were meaty and the pizza was packed fully of toppings!

it was unbelievable how great their service was and how flexible they were with me. I botched up my phone number AND the delivery method and when I called in the OWNER personally drove the pizza to me as a favor. The food was great as well, besides all that. Have to say it was the most extreme example Ive ever encountered of phenomenal customer service, I feel indebted from now on that these guys are my go to pizza place!

This pizza is delicious! I love the crust, sauce, and cheese! All ingredients were of good quality. I am very picky about pizza. I got 2 cheese slices to go, which were ready in just 5 minutes and were very fresh tasting.

The pizza was (I think) good BUT it arrived almost an HOUR after its stated delivery time. Would have loved to have had a hot pizza and wings! Not sure if I'll even bother with trying them again after this.
