What happen to this location? Ive moved out of Tustin and just came back to this location and the way this mc Donald's looked is insane, all tables dirty NOT ONE CLEAN and it's visibly dirty the second one walks in. It makes me think of how dirty the kitchen must be and made me want to get a coffee only... and go to Wendys.

Ordered 2 hot chocolates for my granddaughters. After going to the Bryan location ( just got hot white milk there) I tried the First st store. Slightly better, but no real chocolate flavor. Maybe they're using 1 pkg of mix for two or three servings . No real chocolate flavor!

Great location food was fresh and hot. Drive-through went fast and they were super friendly here. Clean inside as well.

When it comes to fast food, people only come to Yelp to bitch. I think it's unfair especially to this McDonald's. Since we moved to Tustin two years ago, we've been regularly going to this McDonald's and compared to the McDonald's in Pasadena and Eagle Rock that we used to go for 15 years, I'd say they are very good. The food is consistently, we;; McDonald's, but more importantly, the people who work here are pleasant (not always the case in LA), and they've never made a mistake with our drive thru orders.So ignore all these whiners. Some people are only happy when they complain.

If I could leave another review... I would leave a five star for the young lady with shorter (I think brown) hair working drive through just before 10:00 pm tonight (June 22). She was great! Service with a smile. Quick, yet patient, and accommodating. But this review... is for the other employees. One young kid particularly. I wish I had names. I wouldn't usually gripe, but in this particular situation, I feel obligated to do so for the sake of anyone going there. McDonald's employees work hard, no doubt. But that doesn't mean there aren't bad seeds. The young man that was working the drive through window at 10:15pm last night, was unbelievably rude, disrespectful, unprofessional. I had waited patiently, kindly saying excuse me as other cars passed to get their order. After being ignored for 2 cars, I raise my voice so as to be obvious now. Since being polite was completely disregarded. I say "half of my order was not brought out to me, I'm just wondering if it's right there." Now with his attention, the first thing that comes out of the most smug child I've been in front of, "I'm gonna need you to go around the drive thru again" as he turns away. I say "no, I paid for everything already, YOU forgot it, please give me my food" he replies. "Like I said, you're gonna need to go around the drive thru to discuss it." I replied. "This isn't a discussion. I paid for food i did not receive, I would like my food" now with a little bass in my voice for emphasis. Not to intimidate, but to stand stern bc again, being polite was met with disregard. He rolls his eyes at me, and then this lady comes out. Oh lord. Let me tell you. She argued with me, about a freaking cheeseburger and 8 nuggets! Implied I was lying. ABOUT FREAKING 8 nuggets! And when I replied price for price word for word what was said and how much every the big cost. Her tune changed. "I just wanted to make sure we got you what you were missing" Uhhhh I only said it 3 times. She then tells me to pull up to wait again. I drove away. Bc of how uncomfortable I was there. She pointed and turned away from me like a mother scolding her child. Awful display of customer service. I've already sworn off McDonald's bc of the health factor. Or lack there of. But my son was hungry, I got off work late. Taco spot was closed. So here I am. But after the disrespect, and utter rudeness of those particular 2 employees. Working drive thru at 10:15 pm Saturday night. A lady with long hair, and a young man with medium length black hair. They will be the sole reasons I will not ever go back to that particular McDonald's. If I ever do, I will make sure to go out of my way of this place, never to support it again. On principal. Because like I said, it was cheeseburgers and 8 freaking nuggets.

Everyone else was closed in the area so I rolled the dice on a big mac no middle bun combo with a cheese burger. Your big mac hella sucked. I took one bite and it was issh canned. I guess I should read reviews. Ps. The cheeseburger, fries and coke was mediocre. Low 5 on that one. Yooo, Midnight on a Fryday night is prime time guys. Go see my other reviews. You might see some cool reviews.

Service was horrible. Cashier at window gave me some instruction as to where to drive to pick up my food. I couldn't understand what she was saying because she spoke so quickly. I asked again, and she spoke quickly once again. I ordered the McCrispy which was supposed to have pickles. Of course it didn't. This is what it looks like. And unfortunately, as I'm in in a hurry, I don't have time to drive back. Don't go to this McDonald's!

Upper management needs to do something about this location- EVERY time I've ordered here they either forget something in my order, or get my order completely wrong. When ordering for my son I order a Kids meal, cheeseburger, ketchup only- what do I get? Chicken nuggets! Another time, they forget my drink, another time they forget the apple slices, another time they forget to give me the kids meal all together! I ask what kind of Pies they have- "only apple" I get to the line, ask to add an apply pie apple pie after all "oh sorry we are actually out of ALL pies!" Please focus on the customer service of this location!!!!!!!

It's Mcdonald's so you can't be expecting too much from them. With that being said though, I've gone to McD's way more than one person should in their lifetime so I can honestly say that this location needs a lot of work. Particularly with their staff and management.I'd say maybe 6 out of 10 times ordering from here, they get the order wrong somehow. For example, I'd get a quarter pounder, no salt, extra onions and my gf would get a McDouble no onions and you can tell that the cooks don't bother reading the labels because my quarter pounder is missing the onions. It's like they see "onion" and automatically assume the customer wants no onions whatsoever. Read the entire special prep label, please I beg of you. It doesn't take long.I gotta give them some credit though, these last couple times I've gone they've been doing a lot better. Less orders being messed up. My biggest nitpick is that sometimes they don't give me enough sauce or enough napkins.

I normally go in the morning, a gentleman with a thick beard is usually on the 1st window. Very nice and happy man. The second window normally has a man name Kyle. Always Very friendly, prompt and with a smile. I noticed through the window a machine was giving him problems one day, he still got my drink perfectly without a wait. Kyle is always ready for any additional requests I might have with my order and does it with joy. They are the reason this review is a 5. Thank you kyle!!
