How many employees does it take to verify if an order is at this location? Apparently at least 5. The employees here are incapable of answering the most basic questions. I was swapped over to a different person SEVEN times within two interactions here within five minutes. It took 5 other employees to receive help over the phone just to verify if my 4 digit order code and name was here or not. I had to ask "Hi I'm here for HG24 mobile pickup, is this the right location?" This was by far, the slowest location out of all the other McDonalds locations I've been to on verifying this. Their drive through entrance makes no sense if you turn into one of the strange plaza entrances. To get in I had to K turn to fit because the turn makes no sense. The only other alternative was to drive around it. Long line, but everyone ahead of me was instantly served. Cue me to the front. There was no service or any greeting made for over 30 seconds. I had to greet the employees and ask if anyone was there. No one responded. I have worked in the industry and it's standard industry practice to at least acknowledge the customer within that time frame, especially if you need a moment to tend to other tasks. I had to ask the worker myself "excuse me are you ready to take my order? I'm just picking up for HG28 for name". She finally acknowledged me and asked for my name and code, again. Even during drive through pick up, the headset was handed over. Twice. Again, needing more hands to answer one question. I had to lsay my order code and name again THREE more times while speaking loudly into the intercom. The final worker then went dead silent and had a completely audible entire other conversation with another customer after just asking me "hi what would you like to order?" I could hear everything she was saying and I just sat there like "hello...? So is my order here or not?". She finished the conversation with the other person before ever responding back to me. She STILL didn'tconfirm whether the order was there or not and just said "sorry my headset wasn't working" as if I didn't hear her have a full on conversation mid-conversation with me.

I had the two for $5.50 sausage McMuffin deal. This store is definitely bump in! The staff was on top of things they had the orders flying out the door and through the drive-through. I didn't even have to wait five minutes to get my food I.Sausage McMuffin is a classic English muffin and soft with that buttery flavor mixed in with sausage and egg? It's like heaven on earth. They make things really easy with the self order, kiosk, or the app, or just doing it the old-fashioned way, right upfront I would say this is probably one of the most incredible McDonald's I've ever seen !

This McDonald's is really bad at curb side. They always take forever I see people go in and out of drive thru and I am still waiting what's the point!? Also the last couple times they end up forgetting something in my meal and I have to go inside to get which now more time till I have my meal! Never again doing curbside here.

The app doesn't work.Cash only Please wait on stall number 2xWrong order No straws after they said it was in the bag. This isn't based on one isolated incident. I've gone here numerous times and these are the issues they have. I usually go to a different location. It's not to rant, it's just for people to become aware. In case others have the same issue with the app.Maybe it's coincidental.Idk. Just posting the info in case it's useful to someone else.
