McDonald's

Usually come here since it's close by work. Depending on time of day it could either be very busy or empty. I've never stayed to eat inside, I just go to the drive through. I normally just get my number 2 which is the quarter pounder. Never had my order get mixed up or have any issues with it.

I've been enjoying McDonald's since I was 5 years old, and will continue ordering here for as long as I can! Especially now that the app has so many great deals everyday! There's BOGO deals, $6.50 Big Mac meal deals, and even free items! Like today you can get a free order of their 6 piece Chicken McNuggets or a free Medium French Fry with a $2 purchase. Although you can only use one deal at a time. But you also earn points and you can redeem them for free menu items. There's so much that you can get for your money if you have the app! I'm definitely love'n it!

Great customer service!! I came late at night and I had a couple questions and Elizabeth was so helpful in answering them as well being patient with me. I will definitely be back because of the great service. Their drive thru is open till 1:00 AM on Thursdays which is so nice. Thanks Elizabeth!! They have the best soda and a clean exterior.

This is hands down the WORST McDonald's. My husband ordered lunch from here this afternoon and was told by the employees to park and wait for his food. He waited for 20 min!! When he walked in to asked where his food was at they didn't even know where his food was or that there was an order for someone outside. What is going on here?! It amazes me how little people care about their jobs nowadays. We are NEVER coming back to this location! if you happen to UNFORTUNATELY visit this mcdonald's my best advice would be to check your food and make sure everything is correct.

This McDonald's sucks and people are always cutting the drive thru line it's ridiculous how they made the lanes so easy to get into and cut and they don't do anything to fix the issues. Very slow in the mornings.

This location on Grand / McFadden is always messing up our orders., always.. I'm not one to complain, ever. Someone has to say something. Training is needed at this location. Do better.

Extremely slow service at this McDonald's. The staff member wearing a blue hat and short black hair took forever to serve my food. When I politely asked for extra sauce, he gave me a rude look and was very disrespectful. Please train your staff better.VERY SLOW! Took 1 hour for small order.

Passed through the drive thru but after 10 minutes of no one helping me I just left. Complete waste of my time.

Every single time I order ahead for curbside, always missing part of my order and the fact I can't even put a review for my order that I picked up needs to be fixed. But it's EVERY SINGLE TIME I order, something is missing and I can't get my refund back for that one item. Like what the heck am I even paying for if it's not in the bag? Y'all need to reread and recheck when placing food.

Been sitting waiting for my curbside order. Ordered 5-10 minutes in advance. Got here and was asked by an employee what kind of order i was waiting for.I did curbside, entered the number and waited another 15 minutes. They dont even want you to order at the counter, all at the kiosks and no one to assist.
