Javier the manager was so nice and helpful. Very kind with a big heart! He helped me with what I needed.

I've had some disappointing experiences at other locations recently, however, this location exceeded my expectations. Food was perfectly warm and seasoned. The two gentlemen at the drive thru were great.

I live right around the corner and come on a regular basis. Crazy to see so many negative reviews because the workers here are very nice. Even though they are on the younger side, they've always been so accommodating. The line is never too long of a wait and I always use the McDonald's app when checking in. They always have so many deals like $1.49 any size fry. Don't usually go inside but drive thru is quick. Food has always been great so I keep coming back here for a quick bite.

Had me some chicken nuggets for lunch. Still my favorite chicken nuggets. The nuggets were hot and crispy. Tried new savory chili sauce for dipping. It was spice level 4.5 out of 10. It left a tingle on my lips. I also ordered a hamber Happy meal. ( Full size Dasani water bottle with choice of drink.) Inside was clean and staff were polite and friendly. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. * wish they had a better toy though. ( Pokémon cards right now )

Nice employee but I got the happy meal because of the new little croc keychain but they gave me a despicable me 4 weed crusher. Although the food was so good

Took forever to tell the young kid the order. He mumbles and doesn't pay attention. Simple #7 with OJ and 2 sausage McMuffin meal with no egg and cheese resulted in sitting there for almost 5 mins trying to explain 3xs what I wanted. Now 10 mins waiting in the drive thru pick up spot for these 2 basic combos...Not a soul in line. The lady walks to some random car with nobody in it looking in circles just standing there as I'm yelling that's my food. Comes over tells me to leave them the absolute best review I can saying Patricia, Able, and somebody else all did a wonderful job so they can win a trip to Disneyland. Sorry but this is absolutely the worst McDonald's when it comes to employees. They can't take orders at the drive thru, everytime they make you sit for extended periods of time for basic food orders.

This is the closest location to me, so I come here frequently. However, it is always a bad experience. They always have me park in the front because my order is not ready when its just one item. On top of that, how are they always out of sauces? Especially a sauce that almost everyone gets, sweet and sour?? I came in today asking for sauce with my order and they didn't have any, and when I asked for honey mustard to replace it, the worker just gave me a handful of ketchup. On top of that my order is completely wrong, ordered a quarter pounder and got a big mac. Bad service, bad attitudes as well.

This McDonald's is pretty much a self service place. No one to take orders, no self serve soda. You have to order at the kiosk and pick up at a station. Really weird. Won't return.

I was told they only take cash so I couldn't order. I don't know if this is normal but because they are McDs you'd think this wouldn't not happen. Pretty sad.

They won't refill your drink unless you dine in !!!!!!! Worst McDonald I been too!
