I'm not sure why most of the reviews are terrible but I came through drive through and got my food very fast! I ordered a MCchicken, medium fries, and 6 pcs chkn nuggets.The lady infront ordered for what seemed like 10 minutes but when I ordered it was quick and I also got my food quickly too.

O.M.G. And yet, once again, this location on Santa Margarita and Marguerite needs to be called out. I cant believe this.So today in the drive thru, i ordered the same thing i order every single weekend for my kids. 2 Sausage biscuits with cheese / no egg and a deluxe breakfast. For starters, when i order the sausage biscuits, I always tell them "2 sausage biscuits with cheese and no egg". I order it this way because this McDonald's as well as any other one ive been to, put egg on it 50% of the time, even thought it does not come with egg. So, over the years I adjusted how i order it in the hopes they get it correct. Also to note, the Deluxe Breakfast is pancakes, sausage, eggs, hash brown, and a small bag with butter and jelly.Today, after paying at the first window, once arriving at the second window, the girl proceeds to ask me how I want the cheese on the sausage biscuits. Thats correct, "how do you want the cheese on your sausage biscuits". If you are confused, dont feel bad, so was I. I literally gave her a blank stare because I had no idea what to say to her. I had no idea what or why she was asking me this. No one has ever said this before. The first thought through my head was, "medium rare". Not trying to be funny, but I seriously thought this as no one has asked me this before. So, I just looked at her and stared with no clue what to say. A second girl comes over and asks me, and I just said "what"? The first girl tells me something about how the system shows the cheese separately, then the second girl says something about the system shows 3 cheeses and then something about 2 or 3 cheese on one sausage biscuit.LOL. I simply said to her, "I ordered 2 sausage biscuits with cheese and NO egg". I then say, "I dont get this, you guys do this everyday". Apparently they were confused and didnt know they needed to put the cheese on the food, im somewhat guessing, as when they handed it to me i checked the food and the cheese was clearly just put on the food as there was no melting yet. Now after getting the food and checking the biscuits, I notice that the small paper bag that comes with the deluxe breakfast that holds the butters, jelly and utensils was missing. Not a big deal. But, I told the first girl at the window that it was missing the butter and jelly. She proceeds to start walking away and telling me at the same time shell get a manager. I tried telling her i dont need a manager, just the butter and jelly, but of course she wont hear me cus shes walking away. The manager, who has never been good, comes right up. I tell him in a raised voice while looking at the girl, "I just need the butter and jelly that was not put in the bag, NOT A MANAGER". Obviously he gets the butter and jelly, and we are done.People, I can not stress this enough, if you go to any McDonald's, and especially this one, always, and i mean ALWAYS check your food, especially in drive thru. Don't worry about people behind you waiting an extra 10 seconds, ALWAYS CHECK. This location has always been horrible. Over the last year they have been doing slightly better, but this just proved everything wrong here. I will no longer go to this location unless necessary. The only reason Ive continued going to this McDonald's is because of how close it is, and the next closest one is somewhat of a dump.What is wrong with this place? Well we all know these issues are always a trickle down from the top. With that said, I would call into question if the owners ever really come to this location and/or do any type of quality check to see what their employees are doing. Next, the management here has always been horrible, which makes sense as its a direct trickle down relation to the employees whom many of which dont have a clue and dont care. When you look at Yelp regarding a business, always look at the negative reviews, businesses aren't going to post fake negative reviews. Then look for the common issues in the negative reviews. These people are not lying, this place is horrible.

I saw they didn't get the greatest reviews, But my food was good and so was the service. It's kinda hard to screw up a double hamburger and they did not. They also made my grandsons special order Big Mac correctly. I've been here several times and so far it's been no problems and food is always good.

This message is for Michael's boss.(I think it's Michael. The fellow who sounds like a perfectly-crafted AI customer service angel, operating the register in the drive through.) Give this man ten promotions and five raises. Show this guy and the whole team that they are the bomb dot com. Make sure you're paying him - and everyone else here - a living wage. This kid handled my rambling and messy order at the window, correctly assessed how wildly and flamingly hot of a mess I was, and ended up comping my meal out of his own pocket.You need to cherish that kind of customer service. This shit is the real deal. Michael is awesome. TL;DR - I'll be coming specifically to this goddamn McDonald's instead of the five closer to my house just for this guy. Give everyone there a raise for my review or I won't actually do this.

They never even served me the food! Their sign says they were open at 6 am, and it was 650 and they were still not open. I tried to get their attention from outside and they ignored me. If the establishment is opened later, that's fine, but don't blatantly lie about your times

I was in the neighborhood and need to kill some time while waiting for an oil change. 1.19 for a senior coffee and cannot beat that price. Coffee is decent and good to drink. Free WiFi. I am happy.

Went through drive through last night, they over charged me for two meals on the $5 menu and then charged me for a extra med coke! Asked to put the meals in separate bags, which didn't happen. All in one bag. Sandwiches were all smushed! Fries cold and looked like they were just tossed in the bag. I did get the med coke off my bill but the overcharged burgers they wouldn't refund me - telling me that the $5 deal isn't at their location!! NEVER GOING BACK!!
