McDonald's

Came in to this establishment and hungry. There was about 4-6 employees that I can see working that shift. I can say I am Not a fan of ordering off the self order machines as they are to complex and take more time than to tell a what I want to order. The toughest part is there is no acknowledgment when someone walks in. It's almost like if the employee assume that we want to self order while they sand in a group making 20$ an hour. Safe to say the longer you stand and wait to order someone is bound to help you out. The food. Was good. Well prep and served. The location and vibe there was calm and slow. No one in there but two other families. My rate is not based on the food but more the attention to customers. Still a 4 start for the food but service needs to improve. Thanks

Cool McDonald's. Nice structure, well organized. Looks clean, except for the self-serving drink section. There was a few hairs on the counter, as well as lots of coffee stains and soda spills, but the hair really grossed me out.The cashier was nice and quick. And the food was ok, nothing special.

Yes, I'm back at McDonald's #15397 this morning while my car is being serviced nearby.Unfortunately for me, a chunk of my reward points expired on 7-1-2023 and I missed the breakfast window by 10 minutes so the McD app won't let order breakfast items.I had a tough time today trying to place my order using the app, also the in-store kiosk. I finally had to order my senior coffee at the counter but I did not get any points for my entire order. Just my luck the plastic cover on the table I picked was damaged so it was scraping my elbow.There is no ambiant music here which amplified people's conversations around me. Service here is decent. Food is your typical McDonald's quality and coffee is good.

I frequent this location quite often. It is better than the Foothill Ranch location by Ralph's. Mobile, in-store has been your typical McD. Staff has not been a problem. Your typical looking McD.Not in the rating, but fast food prices are ridiculous expensive in recent years. I wish there were other alternatives for odd hours. I rather go to In-n-out but if I can spare a few minutes.

This place is trash!!! Took 15 minutes to get this trash took up half my lunch! All for the worst McDonalds I've ever fucking had in my life

The iced tea was fresh, and the lemonade didn't have that funky taste. The food was fresh too but I tried to use the app and redeem some coupon and it wouldn't let me get the free nuggets when you buy 1. The employee didn't let me know about the $5 meal going on. It would have saved me 4 dollars.

Waited over 20+ minutes for a mobile order that I placed 10 minutes prior to showing up

Young guy working the first window today, at 3:45pm has always been rude. I may stop, going to this McDonald's. The morning shift is really nice though.

Its very upsetting when all you order is a hotcakes and sausage breakfast and the workers FAIL to include the 1 sausage patty included with the meal. How can I be the ONLY person in the drive thru and the only item i ordered IS NOT even in the bag. Do Better McDonalds on bake and trabuco.

This location is a freakin joke!!! Last night I came here with my wife around 10:59 pm to order a late night snack. I pull up to the speaker and the cashier asked me if I will be using my mobile app today and I said no. I was about to order some food and apparently I was cut off because apparently the restaurant was closed. I kept saying hello and I'm ready to order. I felt like a freakin idiot talking to a speaker with nobody there. If the restaurant is closed for the night, then I expect the drive thru to be closed like put some cones out or something and turn off the lights. The lights were still on when I arrived to the drive thru. To insult injury, the driver behind ended up doing the same thing I did. Talk to a speaker with nobody there. Absolutely ridiculous!!! No wonder why I hardly ever come to this location. I probably won't come back.
