There's always a line here! Super popular location. Glad the McRib is back. Had to wait awhile and finally got my steamy hot sandwich. Yum! Service was OK. As it's busier than usual the staff was doing their best to keep it going. I also did ask for no salt on my fries and they had to remake it twice as there were still remnants of salt. Had to wait another 10 minutes for a fresh batch with this time the fries were kept in the frying basket. Last time it was still dumped in the bin. Anyways overall OK experience. Going to come back often to get more McRib as it's only offered at a limited time.

Why do I keep coming back here? Because it's down the block and it's very convenient I suspect. I have yet to receive my order correctly during my one time a week visit to get a coffee and quick bite on the way to work. Just now I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and I asked them not to put the special sauce on because it grosses me out. They have special request written on the receipt so I know they heard me when I asked for this, and every time I ask them not to put it on the sandwich, it appears on the sandwich. Additionally, I don't think the female manager understands customers as well as she lets on. When I went back to complain, she gave me a completely different meal because she didn't understand me. Joined the mania earlier today for National Cheeseburger Day. 50 cents! Couldn't pass it up. The rest of Irvine showed up at this location too. I've never seen it so busy!The staff is attentive and friendly. The time to fulfill the order was slow but perhaps that was due to today's volume. The food temperature was also not ideal. Warm, not hot.The double cheeseburger itself was alright. It reminded me of a White Castle patty.The interior is modern and new. Pretty spacious with plenty of seating. The parking is dangerous, packed and horrendous. Be careful. Drivers are not paying attention in this big but packed and tight lot.

Hey guys I'm back, and I have to say my second coming was better than the first. Like shrek 2 over shrek 1. Its ambience was amazing like always, food great as well, but the service from the cashier Chris R. Was the best. So I told him if he can take a selfie on himself through my phone so I can return and remember my favorite cashier. Love this beautiful restaurant, keep it up everyone!!!

Chicken nuggets are always good, too bad I can't say that about the Shamrock shake, it was most minty of the three I tried, the mint over powered the other flavors, that's good it's only for the season.

Came here late night with my sisters. Went through the drive thru. Line started to build up. We were about a couple feet away from the speaker to give our order. Line kept building up with more cars and wondering why we weren't moving yet. A couple people a few cars back walked along the cars in front of us. Only to find out the driver in the car a couple cars in front is was asleep. Anyhow, finally gave our order. The person taking the order wasn't so pleasant. But at least the person at the window was. We ordered nuggets, McDoubles, mcchicken, and a happy meal. Tell me why when taking the order for a happy meal and get asked what kind of drink..we say water and we get asked bottled water?!?! What other water you plan to offer if a drink comes with the meal?!?! Then the nuggets were just stale. Just so upsetting when having McDonald munchies and be plain disappointed.

Solid McDonald's location. They are pretty quick with service even though there are always long lines. It seems like they have different deals every week which is nice.

Ordered fresh fries no salt and still came out cold. The girl in the drive through who took our order kept askius if we wanted multiple things.

Just got off work decided to cruise alton mcdonalds (my go to) at 1AM. The Young Man working put his entire SOUL into my fkn mchicken bro that shit was amazing. Perfect amount of mayo not too much lettuce. I truly dont think ive ever had a mchicken this damn good. Brother if your reading this may god bless you.
