Went to this Mc Donald's store location on my way to work this Morning 2/14/25 and I ordered a Sausage Biscuit and these young KIDS gave me totally something different from what I ordered. I got a Bacon Egg and Cheese. TERRIBLE why do they give opportunities to young kids who DON'T CLEARLY KNOW HOW TO READ OR PAY ATTENTION TO THE ORDER!!!!!! I had no other choice but to eat it because I paid for it. But, Clearly I was PISSED OFF because I didn't get what I ordered

This McDonald's is a hot mess express. The employees are ruder than a hangry toddler, and the service is slower than a snail on a cold winter morning. I pre-ordered on the app, but apparently, that just means they'll start making your food when you arrive... 15 minutes later.And don't even get me started on the attitude - I asked where my food was, and they looked at me like l'd just asked them to solve world hunger. Pay them more? Sure, but only if they agree to actually do their jobs.

Ordered for curbside, which usually takes no more than 4 minutes at other locations I've been to. After sitting in my car for 10 minutes I went inside only to find my order sitting on the counter. Food was getting cold and ice in my drink was melting. Most of the workers seemed like they did give a rip.

It's McDonalds. The quintessential fast food?Used drive thru. They asked me if I wanted to use the app when my car arrived at the speaker. Que laughter - didn't have a clue that was a thing?I was able to speak with a human, order lunch and proceeded to window. Paid and advanced with glee towards horrifically caloric, fat ridden exceptionally tasty food! For me, my bag contained exactly what I ordered and I drove home content.
