McDonald's

9:47AM I came by for breakfast which I rare.I ordered online and when arriving my order was in progress.. a few moments pass and my order was already ready! Happy with the quality of the food as it seemed to have been made well & correctly. I appreciate good service as it is just as rare as me eating in the AM! Thanks to those working right now. I wanted to make sure to recognize this for them as well as management .

Just ripped off at this McDonald's in the drive through. Ordered a double cheeseburger, and they went to the trouble of labeling it a double but it was only a single. This was intentional. They were not busy.

Please be warned. Don't go to this McDonalds. At the very least check your order before for you leave the drive thru. They have been getting worse and not going to this one for a while. Hopefully they get better.

Got severe food poisoning on 1/21/2025 at 11:30pm after ordering a big mac, double cheeseburger and a sprite, please monitor your cleanliness!!

Absolute rip off, $9.99 for a cheeseburger, small fry and a medium coke. I'm going to sound like a cranky old person but freaking inflation is ridiculous, the quality of food here does not warrant these prices. Two of these items used to be n the $1 menu and that's about what they are worth. It's kind of BS that not all McDonald's have the same prices at all locations, a cheeseburger is $1 more here than at the McDonald's in tustin - which probably explains why that one is always packed. Next time I'll risk running behind on time and go across the street to In-N-Out where the food is a better quality at a better value.

Would give zero stars. The customer service is terrible. I ordered through the app and when I showed my receipt the guy at the counter said he could not service or honor my order because the app was glitched. I already paid for my order and the guy brushed me off and said I would be refunded, which seemed like a lie. All I ordered was a large fry and they couldn't even fulfill the order even with my receipt. To make things worse the guy ignored me as I was asking about my order.

These were the fries for the meals I just received. They don't even fill up the containers. I'm calling corporate over this. They charge too much for fries to be doing this to us.

Ordered a double cheeseburger No pickle No mustard, I got a double hamburger No cheese with mustard and pickles on the burger, I cannot waste my time driving back and then speaking with a manager and then for my food again, you charge more than any McDoalds I've ever been to and cannot get very simple orders right. something is not right in your establishment and or employment. Let alone this be the 3rd time i've come here and an order is wrong... time to switch.

I have been ordering early in the morning from this location. They have trouble taking the correct order. Today, I had it and asked for a refund and they credited the wrong amount! They were unprofessional and incompetent!

This is THE BEST MCDONALDS EVER. The staff and management is so kind and nice. I had an issue where I had only gotten three nuggets in my four McNugget meal and the staff apologized and gave me a free 6 piece me nugget meal to make up for it. That's going above and beyond for the customer. This will be the only McDonald's I eat for from now on.
