McDonald's

This was my first time at this location here in Foothill Ranch, Ca. Apparently this location just opened up again after some remodeling of some sort. They do have quite a few regular customers. I showed up around 9:45 am and a lot of the regular customers were talking about the remodel and how nice it looks now.The restaurant look nice and clean inside, but the soda machine could've used a wipe or two. No biggie! Well lid inside with a kids playground. Food was good, McDonald's good! It did look like the kid's playground had more seating tables than the other side. Maybe I'm looking too much into it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again!

There were 6 in-bussed tables and the rest were extremely dirty. There was food all over the floor and the drink station was extremely unhygienic. Poor service, AC was off, the manager in the blue shirt could not be bothered to work.

Terrible location. Our orders are always an issue with them. The one on Santa Margarita is much easier. This last visit was our last. Again we had an issue. We ordered 2 of the $6 deals. Asked for cheeseburgers to be pickle ONLY, NO ketchup or onions. Got ketchup only. Drive back to location to tell them and the manager, Alberto said there was nothing they could do about it. He was rude and condescending. We will NEVER step foot into the FHR location again.

This is my favorite McDonald's, thanks to the kind and efficient workers like Gladys and Patty. Gladys knows many of the regulars, and knows their usual orders. Inside is always very clean and tidy. Drive-thru is very efficient, too.

This review is for McDonalds @ 26692 Portola Pkwy, Foothill Ranch, CA 92610; Gladys is an outstanding person with the GREATEST Sense of Customer Service. She is the BEST and one in a Trillion. Real Jewel in the Crown of McDonalds Staff.She always goes out of her way to make sure every customer is treated well and feels RIGHT at HOME in this location. I personally strive very hard in my own job to keep up with the kind of OUTSTADING Customer Service she provides at her McDonalds!All of her Staff is the same way. Outstanding!Go Gladys!! I wanted something quick on-the-go so I stopped in at this McDonald's at Foothill Ranch. The BOGO deals probably influenced my decision too. There was only 1 customer waiting for his order when I arrived, but 5/6 parties showed up when I finished my order at the kiosk. I still can't figure out how to order a senior coffee at the kiosk so I had to order it at the counter. Food wise, it is your typical McDonald's so no surprise there. Everyone was just standing around waiting for our orders, myself included, when there are open tables. No sure that's an unspoken rule or just preference.

Maddy/maddie helped my bad night turn into a better one with her kindness. She's doing a great job and is a great girl.

People here are so helpful and nice. Inside is clean and they have a great play area for small kids. The food is like any other McDonald's.

Bad service and food takes a long time to arrive I do not recommend going to that place if you have other leisure activities it would be better

I had an interview with the manager Marilyn. Very confused why I didn't get hired here since I have food service experience and basically open availability. The interview only lasted 3 minutes and she didn't seem very present in the interview. I didn't see any people working here who weren't Mexican so maybe that's why.
