They are lazy and dishonest.I asked for a fresh "made to order" fries and one of them hands me the bag and says "here is your made to order fries"... I drove off but quickly realized they were barely warm. They get paid $20 an hour for this laziness? LOLNot to mention they forgot my drink I paid for. If it weren't for customers like myself, they wouldn't even have a job. It's simple customer service. If it's too much to handle, get a different job. Ask your parents for an allowance.

The service was very good and fast. Place was very clean and the employees friendly. Stopped in on way home for the limited time McRib sandwiches that I have been waiting for. I fund these quite tasty

Who doesn't like Mc Donald's?!! It's standard everywhere you go the only difference is the fried. Either it's too salty or not enough. Haha.

So my kids love McDonalds. It's great when we're in a hurry since what busy Mom doesn't love a good drive thru restaurant?!My issue with this particular McDonalds location is I have to wait a long time and they often get my order wrong. Plus people always seem to drive like maniacs in this parking lot. Now I try to go to the location on Bristol by the 405 instead...

Seems like I always wait.The service is pretty mechanical here. I wish they could be more friendly. The little one did get her Pokémon cards. It seems like I always have to pull forward and wait and I never really order anything out of the ordinary. The food is consistant.

Wanted to get food from here so I can check out the exclusive merchandise on their app. Right now when you order through the app, you get a chance to win a gold card which means free McDonald's for life!!!! Who wouldn't want that!!! For the exclusive merchandise, you just have to purchase something that's at least $1. So I ordered something different, a McDouble with bacon, no ketchup, mustard , and salt. Didn't even know they added salt to the patty! And I ordered medium fries no salt. It's so easy to order through the app and once you get to the drive-thru speaker it's actually the first question they ask you. So all you do is order through the app and it gives you a code to tell them and it even has the option at the end of how you are going to get your food, in person or drive-thru. Got to the window and she said the fries no salt isn't quite ready and asked me to park between the 2 trucks to the side. So I waited and 2x the employees giving out the food to the customers asked if I ordered such and such and both times I said no. Then another guy came and asked if I ordered chicken sandwiches and I said no. I think he noticed that I've been waiting a long time so he asked what my order was. So after I told him he said that he asked another car and they claimed it as their order!!!! So he apologized many times and also asked if I wanted a pie or cookies. I wanted cookies!!! So he said it would take a couple minutes. He got my order and his name is Connor, and I looked at his name badge and he was actually the manager!!!! What great customer service!!! Thanks Connor! Although I waited long, it was okay since he was so nice about it.

Where is my burrito, you guys had me park, toook a while & still messed my order it was one McGriddle & two burritos, only got one also not giving receipts like

Called to ask what time they served breakfast so I didn't inconvenience them by asking in drive thru and the girl hanged up haha

Pretty good all around except I ordered in to eat, and was not brought a tray. Pretty disappointing with the customer service especially after I asked for one but was never brought it
