1- services was excellent. My friends and I didn't know what to get and the server explained everything and patiently helped us decide2- great ambiance and live music3- food was amazing!!!! WowwwwwwThe filet was so juicy. The truffle butter added an incredible flavor.Lobster was goodThe broccolini was incredible. Like, I couldn't get enough. The mac & cheese was delicious. The bread basket was good. The garlic mash was incredible. The drinks were good. They were struggle. Good amount.

Came with a group of 11 for dinner on a Saturday night. Seated at the time of our reservations. Ordered our drinks and followed up with main courses and sides. Steaks were very good served on hot plates so they continue cooking at the table. Everything was well seasoned and tasted good. Sides weren't great but the proteins were well received. Restaurant was fairly noisy, especially for a restaurant that bills itself as fine dining. Mark was our server and was fantastic.

The best in food, drink, service and ambiance. You can't get any better. Tough to get a reservation.....but worth it.

Mastro's Ocean Club always delivers an exceptional dining experience with top-notch flavors and quality dishes. I love to order family style here to get a taste of everything. We ordered:- The branzino fish which had a lemon zest and herb flavor profile, it was fresh and perfectly prepared. -The 16-ounce New York strip which is always perfectly cooked. -For our sides the broccolini and garlic mashed potatoes which complimented our main dishes perfectly. All of which were perfectly prepared and delicious.Their desserts deserve special mention, especially the butter cake. Mastro's is famous for it, and for good reason. At first, I was hesitant when I learned it had cream cheese, but you can't even taste it... it simply melts in your mouth with its rich, buttery sweetness. The ice cream on top is the highlight for me. The espresso cake was another standout, with its bold coffee flavors and decadent gooey layers that made it the perfect way to round out the meal.The service was attentive and professional, though we did feel a bit rushed at times, as they asked to clear the table about six times throughout the meal. While this didn't overshadow the delicious food, a slightly more relaxed pace would have made the evening perfect. Thanks to the heaters and beautiful live music, I was vibing and had a great time anyway.

We came here again for dinner on Thursday night 11/28 which was Thanksgiving and it was delicious! They had a Stone Crab claw for $99 which I thought was ridiculously overpriced but so is everything else here so why not!! lol My martini was a beautiful concoction of house infused orange vodka and cran and it was so STRONG it rolled my socks up and down. The dry ice made it look so smoky and spooky! We also indulged with lobster mash and that was extremely decadent. My ahi tuna salad was mediocre sodon't order that! The mushrooms were buttery with a hint of garlic. The service is A+++ here and our waitress was a doll! I highly recommend!!

We went to Mastros for my husbands birthday. Made a reservation well in advance and secured a reservation via OpenTable. It was confirmed a few days before. I noted in the reservation that it was my husbands birthday. We got there early and were asked to sit at the bar and start with a drink. We were shown to a bar seat and ordered a Dirty Martini and Blantons Old Fashioned. Both were excellent. mastros martinis are expensive but a very generous pour. Almost two martinis in one. Our table was ready and a hostess knew where we were seared R the bar and brought us to our table. A waiter even brought my drink to the table so I wouldn't have to walk through the restaurant holding it. Very demure, very mindful.We ordered the hamachi sashimi (excellent), split the House Salad (excellent), I got one-half of a twin lobster tails (excellent and a good amount of lobster for less than $40), a filet mignon (always good but it was very salty), creamed spinach (did you know they do half portions of sides?!?) and Mastros potatoes ( this is mashed potatoes with all the toppings of a baked potato mixed in) and a seasonal butter cake (not as good as the original) Both our waiters knew it was my husbands birthday and wished him a happy birthday. They also brought out a piece of cheesecake for him- so thoughtful! I had to sit looking at a wall so my husband could have a great view of the dining room which bummed me out. All in all a great meal with excellent service but my stomach hurts from how salty it all was.

Absolutely loved this place!! Been wanting to come for years and finally had the opportunity to go with friends. Had the porterhouse steak and my BF got the ribeye. Both were amazing, tender, flavorful and we devoured it all. The rest of my group also enjoyed their meals. Service was top notch and our server, Mark was awesome. We made sure that we got dessert too even if we claimed that we couldn't eat another bite. Lol Oink Oink

Horrible service. We came here on 1/13/25 to celebrate our friend's birthday - six adults and five children. Our waitress wasn't very attentive or caring. She forgot to bring us our bread basket we requested and dinner ware. We had to remind her three to four times. We ordered three Porterhouse steaks, two of them tasted bland. We spent over $600 + tip for dinner that had subpar customer service and bland steaks. Please see photo - the bill was spilt in half. I initially left a review with Open Table since they asked for one. One of the managers named Sean R. emailed me. But after two follow up emails and leaving two voicemails - i figured he ghosted me. Very unprofessional and bad managerial skills.

I'm VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED at tonight's service. ESPECIALLY IT WAS MY ANNIVERSARY DINNER. It took them 30-45mins to deliver our rather basics cocktail orders and when asked why service was so slow we were told the bar was backed up even though the bar was half empty when we walked past by to use the restroom. While other tables around us order and got serviced. Was it because our table was a majority of Asians and the other tables around us were White? When dinner finally did arrived it seemed like an after thought for the bus boy to clear our bread plates from an hour and half earlier even though 3 bus boy were standing there for the rest of service ultimately dinner took over 3 hours to complete and we didn't even order appetizers only mains and dessert.There were periods when we didn't see our waitress and the bus boy didn't check on our tables for 20mins at least. My partner who is white has been to Mastros countless times and has never experienced such lackadaisical and inattentive service. Makes me wonder if Mastros is only a restaurant where white patrons expect to get high end service.On top of that I gave 20% tip to an AWFUL SERVICE!!!
