Mag's Donuts & Bakery

I've been getting breakfast here for years, and I've always loved it.The donuts are always really good, the bagel sandwiches and the ham and cheese croissants are also really good. Staff is really friendly and nice there.

Love Mag's!! They have a pretty good selection of donuts and even have croissants, cronuts, and drinks. I love getting the Strawberries & Cream Cronut, donut holes, and the ham & cheese croissant.Everyone there is super friendly and helpful, and are really patient with indecisive customers like myself :)

OLD FASHIONED MAPLE CAKE DONUT:-- nice firm exterior-- softer interior texture-- gave it a 15 second nuke-- not too oily but oily enough to keep moisture inside-- large portion size-- towards HIGH sweet but that is "perfectly normal, perfectly healthy" with maple baked goods-- a solid maple flavor with the maple prevailing on the frosting versus being simply sugary with a hint of maple-- a solid rendition of this classicRATING = A-BLUEBERRY CAKE DONUT:-- medium size-- subtle blueberry sniff and taste (typical of blueberry baked donuts)-- medium sweet-- not too oily but nice and moist insideRATING = B+

My boyfriend got 3 donuts and some freebie donut holes for only $5! Great price for a real donut shop. Service was amazing and the place was truly spectacular. I definitely recommend coming here for any sweet tooth!

Donuts were unfortunately quite stale. The cronut was not crisp at all - it was weirdly soft. I didn't like that the bacon on the maple bacon cronut was sugared/caramelized because it was way too much sweet on sweet.The old fashioned was overly dry.Nice location but the donuts were unfortunately not very good. The service was also kinda awkward uncomfortable.Maybe the donuts weren't so great because it was later in the day but I don't think that should justify serving stale goods to paying customers.

We bought three dozens of doughnuts and the lady was very nice and added a few extra! They are handmade and the are was very clean. Definitely recommend going.

this place looks the part but it suddenly is not. They hold sandwiches and food from the day before and then heated up so you can't tell it still.I noticed if you order some thing warm they pull it from the back of the tray but if you stop them in the track and say you know what don't heat it up they'll leave that one and get one from another spot in the tray because they placed them in a certain way to make sure the old ones are the ones that get heated upThey also have premade sandwiches sitting on display for days. Something is not right at this place the man that works at is extremely rude and an absolute pig. He has zero personality.The latest is coming across as nice, but they're fully aware of the game they're playing Come on, sell fresh food

Over all, I like the taste and it's soft. The Vietnamese coffee may be needs some better flavor, too bitter. Not bad for the taste. Price is a little too much.

Mag's is located in the WalMart plaza with plenty of parking. I've visited a few times and have walked out pleased every single time. Customer service is attentive. The bakery has a few indoor and outdoor tables. It's not aesthetically magical, it's your average mom and pop donut spot. Love their menu! Love that they offer sandwiches. Their donuts hit the spot every time! My only wish is that they included home made lattes.

I've been a loyal customer of Mag's Donuts and Bakery for a long time, and I've always loved their food. However, their customer service--especially over the phone--has consistently been disappointing. Every time I've reached out with a question or concern about an order, I've been met with hostility rather than helpfulness.Today was no different. I called to ask about a canceled DoorDash order, hoping to get some clarity, but instead of trying to understand the situation, they immediately brushed me off with, "Are you calling DoorDash, or should I call DoorDash?"--without actually addressing the issue. Later, when I called again to inform them that their store was showing as closed on DoorDash, they casually admitted, "Oh yeah, we've been having issues." So despite knowing about the problem, they failed to mention it earlier and treated me like I was the one at fault for asking.Rather than showing any sympathy or making an effort to communicate properly, they hung up on me. This experience was beyond frustrating. I love Mag's Donuts, but the lack of customer service and basic courtesy is unacceptable. If they can't treat their loyal customers with respect, I don't see myself coming back anytime soon.
