YUMMMMY! We ordered a meal for pick-up and it truly hit the spot. After a weekend of heavy foods, we wanted a meal that was both comforting but a bit lighter than the food we had been having. My husband and I ended up ordering: Shrimp Spring Rolls, Pork Spring Rolls, and Filet Mignon Beef Noodle with extra noodle and meat. The pho was the perfect amount of food for the two of us. But we both ate one spring roll and we were STUFFED. Definitely too much food but we were so happy to have leftovers. The spring rolls were DELICIOUS. Rolled tightly with a good ratio of all the filling. The peanut sauce was tasty, though a tad on the thick side. The sauce tasted extra delicious with a little bit of sriracha and/or sambal oelek. The spring rolls for me were definitely the star of the show.The pho was pretty delicious! Loved the flavors in the broth and the meat was tender and soft. Was it the most delicious pho I've ever had? No. But it was definitely a fantastic one and perhaps one of my top phos!If I was craving spring rolls or pho, I'd definitely come back here again!

Hey, Y'all! I forgot to post this review on yelp but I gave this place a raving review on Google maps the first time I came. I put a screenshot of my Google Maps review. Anyways...I came back and got the rare steak and well done brisket pho. First thing to note, the broth is SOOO fragrant. Second, the meat was really tender and even though it says "well-done brisket", it wasn't chewy or anything. As it was last time, the place was really pleasant to have dinner at because the service was great and the atmosphere was clean and relaxing. Definitely bringing my friends here the next time I'm in town!

My family has been ordering from Lotus Bistro for the past 10 years and we continue to eat there every chance we get!! The staff has always been incredibly welcoming and kind, they work so hard to make sure their food is good, the ambiance is just right, and their customers are satisfied! Nothing but wonderful experiences with them over the years. Their menu has delicious options you can order anything and guaranteed you'll love it. The vegan options are THE BEST and their imitation chicken/pork is so flavorful. And the best pho broth you will ever have!!! All the ingredients are ALWAYS super fresh and flavorful and portion sizes are perfect! Don't let the area or outside fool you- inside is something worth your time. Food was solid and we would probably consider coming back to try again. The chicken pho was good- thanks to the quantity and everything for it tasted fresh. The chicken Banh mi was pretty good- the quality of everything inside was good and the amount was fair. It wasn't the best bread though- we would want to try again to see if it could be better. We have had better ones with better quality bread. The vibe inside was cozy. Has a friendly touch to it for how small it is. We will probably try again and if you are debating to try- try it.

First of all I Wanna Shout out to Nathan for being an extremely polite server/host and generally a great person. He made my lunch a very enjoyable experience, explaining everything to me and recommending the best options as well.The restaurant is beautiful inside and the music truly sets the ambience. The food was amazing Shrimp Rolls were on point,and the peanut dipping sauce is WOWING my taste buds .. For my main I got the Filet Mignon Beef Noodle and the way it makes you feel eating this dish is down right soothing to the soul. It put this guy in a great mood for sure . Would recommend 100%.
