Lost Pier Cafe

Perfect spot to grab food at Aliso Creek beach. We wanted to get a quick bite for dinner without having to go to the main town, so we walked over to Lost Pier. There is only outdoor table seating with shade, with a great view of the ocean.We ordered the fried chicken burger and fish tacos. Both came with chips and salsa. These were all delicious! Hits the spot.We enjoyed our meal while admiring the beautiful view of the ocean and coming sunset.

Took about 15-20 minutes to get my lunch after ordering. I ordered 2 plain burger patties for lunch today and they were delicious!! They were juicy. Brought my dog with me and she enjoyed herself. She was able to lay on the floor next to me while I sat at a table to eat and chat with friends and we had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful scenery. Perfect spot to have lunch outside!

What a find!On the sand, like a beach concessionaire, but with all his stuff you want!Fresh fish tacos and fish and chips, draft beer, mimosas, great salsa too!!!Friendly staff super cool and fast service!Ocean is very close, feels way closer than Bolsa Chica spots that are seasonal and closed last week...

Such a cute hidden place by the beach! My friends and I got the jalapeño and cheese bagel, cheese tortilla, and chicken club sandwich. My bagel was amazing, especially with the cream cheese that melted on the bagel. The chicken club sandwich was also delicious! We waited around 20 minutes for the food. The food is a bit pricey for the quality and quantity though. The only downside is that you have to pay for parking, but it's totally worth it when you're literally eating by the beach. Would come here again for a beach day!

They have alcoholic drinks (Made with Soju) and beers for pretty reasonable prices. $6 a beer depending which kind, and about $12 for a soju cocktail.I wanted to get snack after hanging out at the beach, and tried their fries, it was super good! Very crispy with some seasoning, also came with a really good garlic aoli sauce.Also liked how they had cups and a water refill station outside for people to use.

This little place was quite the discovery for a fun lunch on the beach. It's a 12 minute walk from our hotel, the Montage, located right on Aliso beach.Orders are taken at the window and you're given a buzzer/pager that goes off when your order is at the pickup window. We had the BLT with avocado and fish tacos. The French fries are insanely good! The beignets were just ok but still enjoyable. Super clean bathrooms!

Food: 2/5Service: n/aAmbiance: 3/5This place is right next to the beach so it's a convenient place to eat if you get hungry while there. It's not its own cafe or has its own restaurant. The only seating is outdoors and it's more of a to-go place where you order and then pick a table to sit. We thought this was a cafe but we had to walk down to the beach to access this place unless you want to pay for parking. It's next to all the bathrooms on the beach, but it does have a nice view of the beach. The food is okay and definitely overpriced. I got a small serving of fruit & whipped cream for $11, and the fish tacos were 2/$18. Only if you're really hungry I'd get something.

This place is beautiful and delicious. A bit pricey but you pay for the ambiance. My son got the fish and chips and I got the brisket Sammy. We also got the dirty Dr Pepper. Everything was immaculate ! I've never had anything like the Dr DP, try it!Overall the people were nice, the to go stuff was recyclable and I can't wait to take the rest of my family here!

Nice cafe by the beach by a parking lot. Not a lot of seating but cafe is right on the sand so you can easily get a blanket to sit on the sand with and enjoy the food and the view. We ordered the Tuna Poke Bowl and the Fish and chips.The Tuna Poke Bowl serving was a bit small. It had some rice, some spring mix, tuna, spicy mayo, furikake and some crunchies. Taste was good because I love tuna but nothing spectacular.The fish and chips came with a big piece of deep fried fish fillet that was very crispy but lacking in flavor. Fries were very good, crispy and tasty.Definetely coming back for the view but would like to try their other items on the menu.

Love this place! Has its own private beach essentially. The food is very much "beach cafe" vibes -- we got the ceviche, calm chowder, and lobster roll. All 3 were a hit. The lobster is a cold, fresher take than the traditional warm butter / lobster & is served with chips. Highly recommend
