Loading Fresh & Foodilicious was parked in our complex this week and we decided to check it out. We both ordered taco plates, mine with al pastor street tacos and his with a street carnitas, street al pastor, and crispy carne asada taco. The plates came with a side of rice and beans and were $12 each. We also grabbed a Mexican Coke from the beverage section. They take credit cards and Apple Pay which was convenient. The food was made to order and we received both red & green salsas. I had asked which one was spicier and the order taker said red was spicier. To be honest, neither salsas had the burn I was looking for. The tacos were a good size and portion. The beans and rice were kind of bland. If I were to go back, I'd try a different plate. The crispy taco was pretty good and normally I would not have ordered it myself. They also have a taco salad on their menu that looked good.

We had Loading Fresh & Foodilicious to our neighborhood for an event last weekend. They were wonderful! Up front, Ericka was really easy to work with and a pleasure to set it up with. She was great at communicating and responding. They showed up on time and they were kind and courteous to everyone. Food wise, I heard only positive comments, everyone seemed to enjoy their meal. We tried the carnitas tacos. They were incredibly moist and flavorful! Yum! I would absolutely have them back to our neighborhood in the future. Oh, and I read some reviewers who said their waits were long in line and for food. We did not have any issues with either. Great service. I wonder if the long lines and waits had to do with events that did not have enough trucks for the crowds?

Out riding bikes and got lucky to find these guys serving amazing Mex food. Truly a shocker to see the quality of food coming out of this truck. We 1st noticed how larger the menu was and no less than 20 5x8 color photos of their most popular dishes. All looked impressive. Then when we received our food (3 different plates) it all looked even better than pictures ! But the real treat was in each bite. Tasty, fresh with high quality carnitas, shrimp & carne asada. The roll they used for the torta and corn tortilla on the carnitas taco were both exceptional. All around this food truck rivals some of the finest Mexican brick-and-mortar places I've ever been.

Had pimp my taco come to my office complex so I wanted to try it out. Friendly service and great prices were my initial impression, and the truck looked clean (which is always a good thing).I ordered two chicken tacos (American way) and 1 carnitas and 1 carne asada (original way). Gobbled up the carne asada with a little Verde salsa and fresh squeezed lime. Great flavor and perfect amount of meat. Then onto the carnitas taco, Same style a little Verde salsa and squeezed lime. It was super tasty but a tad dry. The carnitas itself was super moist but the corn tortilla seemed to dry it out a little bit. The chicken tacos American style were delicious, I'll definitely get the chicken tacos again and again. Service was friendly, food was good and pricing is appropriate. Would choose this food truck again!

I ordered a carne asada crunchy taco today. It was HUGE and delicious! It was worth the wait. They were busy today!

An unexpected gem! While visiting a new brewery my husband and I shared a taco plate and were impressed by the al pastor and carne asada - complemented by a great salsa selection and the requisite picketed carrots, beans, and rice. Staff were friendly and food came out in less than 15 mins. Highly recommend if you see them around town!

Got to try this food truck at the opening of Flashpoint Brewing and it was SO GOOD! We got the carne asada fries which did not skimp out on toppings and the rolled tacos which were packed with meat and DELICIOUS. The salsas we got with them were both spicy with great flavor. Everything tasted fresh and delicious, and served with great service!

Horribly disorganized and no clear system of putting orders out. I wish I could te you how the food tasted but it took over an hour for my loaded fries I gave up and left. Don't try it. It's not worth the time.

Disgusting food, I arrived at noble ale works on an open night. Other breweries had been packed,I decided to haVe a simcoe showers. Well afterMy second beer I decided to get some food, taquitos and a tostada. Epic mistake as tasted the beans were spoiled and the chicken old, chewy and slightly off.. I didn't even finish my food. EvenAfter a few beers which usually can burn off any bad food..the people I was with and I, all felt stomach pains!! Along with disgusting upset stomachs after... this food is gross.
