My friend and I stumbled upon this place to celebrate her birthday. We were pleasantly surprised by how cute the ambiance felt, it really felt like were in Paris! The food was amazing. We ordered 2 crepes, one sweet and one savory. We shared the crepes so we got the best of both worlds. These crepes were magnificent, not too overpowering like other places, and they had just the right amount of filling. We each ordered a latte that was also made to perfection! We also ordered a slice of the basque cheesecake, and let me just say it was ah-may-zing!The cashier and server/waiters were extremely nice and the service is exceptional. We thought they forgot our cheesecake so we went up to ask, not only did they apologize but they gave us a complementary pastry. On our way out we also each got a chocolate almond croissant. I haven't eaten it yet but I'm excited to try it for breakfast tomorrow :) I'm excited to come back and can't wait to try other crepes and pastries from Little France

ONE GORGEOUS LITTLE GEM OF A PLACEThis was like stepping into France for a moment in time. The owners are French, and the atmosphere was just as I remember it being in France. The décor is very French, creating a lovely ambiance for people to linger over their coffee, sandwiches and pastries and have long, lively conversations in between sips. No one rushed anyone else to clear the tables for other business to sit. Everyone socialized with everyone else. In France, socializing is put well before profits. This is one European sensibility I really enjoy. It creates customer loyalty and returning customers, as well as just plain old good vibes. We had a very delightful experience there, and I would highly recommend it.The croissant sandwiches and the coffee are delicious beyond words, and the staff very accommodating. The croissants are unbelievably buttery and generous. I thought I'd gone to heaven. The coffee is smooth and rich in flavor.C'était formidable! Merci, messieurs. We shall return many times.

Was looking for some mini cakes for my husband's birthday and happy that I found Little France. They have a range of beautiful mini dessert from fruit tart, to mouse cake, to cheese cakes. I ended up picking up 4 different desserts (they put them in a pretty box) as well as 2 pastries (peach/Nutella).Our favorite dessert was the Passion fruit mouse cake, followed by Opera Raspberry. Its pricey - desserts were $10 a piece and pastries around $6-7.

What can I say that hasn't already been said over and over in all the reviews for Little France - both this location and the other in Mission Viejo? The moment you walk in you are warmly welcomed and, if they're not too busy (and even when they are) whoever is behind the counter is happy to help you answer whatever questions you may have. They're also happy to provide recommendations, which I always appreciate. Everyone here is so sweet and friendly, I love just coming in.The store itself is so cute and cozy, with beautiful little tables you can sit at inside. I came and sat with friends the last time I was here and it was nice to catch up and just sit together in a beautiful bakery such as this one. Obviously, most important is the baked goods here and I can tell you they don't disappoint! They're delicious, indulgent, intense, flavorful, and truly beautiful too. They're all as yummy as they look and these pastries are GORGEOUS! Yes they're pricey, but these go beyond pastries, they're almost works of art. I'm especially partial to the raspberry chocolate mousse which is almost too pretty to eat (almost, but then you try it and you forget about how pretty it is!). Their croissants are also a fan-favorite and for good reason. I especially love the different flavors of croissants they have and they're just as good as they look if not better - flaky, balanced, and buttery perfection. Also, they are now serving crepes from Mr. French Crepe! I used to be a HUGE fan of his store in Irvine and was so excited to see him and his crepes here. I highly highly recommend giving the Romeo and Juliette crepe a try, it's sweet, freshly made, and so delicious!

This is a hidden gem in Costa Mesa! I love Paris and have been able to go a few times as my friend is a pastry chef there :) and this spot is where I come when I want a bit of Paris! The service is great (shoutout to Amir!) and the crepes are so good!! Get a savory and a sweet if you can. And the pastries are so good - we got cheesecake, an almond croissant and chocolate croissant - we were quite full when we left. We stumbled upon this place and definitely will be back!

I'd like to update the name of this business from Shokouh Patisserie to Little France Coffee and Bakery. Many people may not even be aware of the name change, as the ambiance, the great customer service, and the friendly, smiling faces remain exactly the same. Along with the name update, they've also enhanced the décor, adding a beautiful sculpture of a girl on the wall, which brings a fresh and elegant touch to the space. Despite these updates, their signature patisserie style and charm are still as wonderful as ever!

For my birthday I decided I wanted a bunch of little cakes vs just one run of the mill large cake This place has been on my list for so long that it actually changed its name. It used to be, Shokuh Patisserie. I never had the chance to try it when it was Shokuh Patisserie, so I can't really comment on how much it has changed and what the difference is. But I believe it's whole new ownership It has great parkingIt has amazing customer service The cakes are great This place is extremely clean And they have a good variety. They even have some real food (not just dessert) I got 6 different ones They were all good and it's hard to say what my favorite was. But I had a few taste testers and the overall winner was the fruit tart and the double chocolate (white and dark) The place is on the smaller side but the decor and design is really beautiful. I loved their chandeliers and lighting After trying a few bites of each one the lovely staff here packaged it all up for me. The staff was even nice enough to bring me out a birthday candle and a lovely staff member who I believe was the owner or manager sung me happy birthday (They also have some really good places in the same shopping center) like some gift shops and pizza place
