Little Caesars Pizza

5 stars for the customer service from the nice staffs as always :D0 STAR for the misleading nasty PRETZEL crust pizza. It's NOT Pretzel crust. It's the same cardboard board crust with a touch of garlic butter and sea salt.Just because you sprinkled sea salt on a cardboard crust does NOT make it pretzel dough crust.Misleading commercial.

So I'm a long time little Caesar's fan, but this Super Bowl Sunday they fumbled the bag big time. I ordered online and came to pick up my order and have still been waiting in the store for 45 minutes past when I was supposed to pick it up. I see every person that comes in get told to wait, and that their order hasn't even started being prepped. They are doing nothing to help appease the customers and are just super casually, and unapologetically, moving slow. LC is still a good spot to get a cheap pizza but this is just embarrassing management. Can't be having this situation on such a big day.

There's always good deals here. I still enjoy their $5 classic pepperoni pizza. Remember the same taste and flavor as a kid when I would get those pizzas after soccer practice. This location is quite busy and the good thing is that they have a separate unit for online orders. You can get a code for pick up and punch in the code in their electronic warmer and bypass staff. Quite easy and efficient. Will come back here soon.

Today was my 1st time at a LCP ever! What??!!?? It's true. (I tried a cold slice at a party once. That was forgettable, lol). What finally brought me to the store? The $3.14 pi special courtesy of T-Mobile. With tax, a regular size pie came to $3.38. That's beyond a bargain. You can't even get a slice for that price elsewhere!The verdict? It was piping hot/fresh. The crust was medium in depth and weight and kinda sweet. It's not your average pizzeria pizza. Think more like Costco pizza, but I think this one tasted better.As you can see, it's neatly made and plenty of pepperoni. On a Friday night, past prime dinner time, it was hopping. It's a compact shop -- standing room only. No chairs. No tables. This is a take-it-to-go joint.If I had paid full price, I am not sure it would still be 4 stars. For today, it is! The promo worked, because it prompted me to give LCP a try.One constructive feedback: please put some directional lines/stickers on the floor, so people can make an s-line so there is order in this small store. It was quite confusing in there. Hard to tell the order/who's next. Just a crowd of people. This is a recipe for a possible fight or disaster. Please keep the order and focus on yummy recipes for pizza instead :-)

Got the Detroit deep dish pepperoni pizza here. Man it was such a great deal using tmobiles Tuesday deals! $4 for the pizza !! Can't beat that. Now, would I pay $8 for it ? Ehh not sure. But $4 lol heck yes. Count me in. Anyway this pizza was delicious. Thick crust. Lots of soft mushy dough. Top notch. Again, this is 5/5 stars because the pizza was $4 lol.

The only thing hot and ready at this Little Caesars in Tustin is the employees' tempers! I walked in looking for a simple cheese pizza which is Hot & Ready, but instead found employees playing on their phones and giving me the cold shoulder. It felt like I was walking into the ER with all the attitude and lack of pizza pizza pizza. It's like you're in an episode of Seinfeld with the Soup Nazi saying "No pizza for you" Instead no pizza, pizza pizza instead? Attitude attitude, attitude. Next time, I'll stick to ordering Domino's Pizza since it's down the street and avoid the drama at this location!

Just moved to Tustin, and I thought I'd have a pizza, but my pizza didn't look anything like the picture! Did you run out of pepperoni? This looks like a cheese pizza with a splash of pepperoni. I moved the pepperoni to one half of the pizza and didn't eat the cheese pizza side. Called the store, and the young lady put me on hold for an hour. I finally hung up. Horrible pizza, no quality control. Be better

Little Ceasars is.. little Ceasars. I think we've all grown up eating what use to be the $5 hot and readys.Placed an order online and didn't have any issues picking up the order. I ordered 3 different kind of pizzas; the pepperoni and sausage, Hawaiian and Supreme. All pizzas was what I expected, not insanely good nor bad, but it got the job done and it was fresh! I must say after eating a few slices it got stale to me.The downside of this location is the parking. During a busy time like lunch, you might have to park all the way near Carl's Jr since the plaza is fairly busy filled with other food spots.
