Little Caesars Pizza

Typically this place lacks when it comes to adding cheese and butter to the crazy bread so I thought it would be a good idea to ask for extra just in case because in the past, I've received bags and they're naked dry bread sticks. So after I was told it'd take 10 minutes, it actually took 25 or so minutes. Received my bags of crazy bread, walked outside and checked and to my surprise it was completely wrong. He added cheese inside the bread and sprinkles on top....and for some odd reason, there were only 3 in the bag. Extra cheese and butter means cheese inside the bread. Got it. Time wasted and food wasn't what I wanted when instructions were made pretty clear. Worker just assumed and did what he thought would work or pass. Sucks. Pizza was cut all jagged and wrong. Not that hard.

DRIVE ON BY.... YOU CAN GET BETTER AROUND THE CORNER The service was great. Friendly and helpful. Plenty of free parking. Clean store. My first time trying Little Caesars Pizza after all the tv ads they did get me to try their pizza. Sadly, the problem is, it's not good. Very doughy. The pepperoni was ok. The pizza is just bad. I ate a few slices. Thankfully I have a place where I can donate it where it won't go to waste. Crust is terrible. I would never buy their pizza again especially when there's Round Table and Zito's Pizza just around the corner. You can do better. Employees were great. Not their fault.

We ordered a deep dish with two toppings. The slices were smaller than usual (I usually go to the shop on YL and Rose) and there were hardly any toppings at all. It was like eating a piece of bread: hardly any cheese, a few slices of pepperoni and a a piece of onion. Worst pizza I have ever received from Little Caesar's.

Normally this place is ok, i know it's fast food pizza and I've never really had an issue, yeah sometimes the pizza isn't right but not to the point where you'll wonder what happened. Well i went to pick up my Chicago style pizza and i had to wonder what happened i can laugh about it now but i was so mad when i got home with this high school cafeteria pizza. The fact that it doesn't remotely look anything like the Detroit pizza, and the fact that the worker made this, looked at it and said, "yup , that's good, let's put it in the box and give it to the customer". Then the kicker, we tried to eat it and the dough wasn't even cooked all the way, it was still raw in the middle, i hate throwing away food but thankfully the other half was at least cooked correctly. Lesson learned to stick with just the basic pizza here when i need a quick meal .

This place deserve 5 starts, customer service today 10/10, quality of pizza 10/10 , additional points because the pizza was cut so perfectly. Overall restaurant looked clean and replenish.Came in today on my way to my sons soccer practice it was a quick pit stop, so wasn't expecting much specially since it's a fast-food chain restaurant. Upon entering I was greeted and patiently waiting for cashier to attend me, she advised me that the wait for a pizza is about 12 minutes, answered my questions(trying to find out which pizza would be ready first/quickest)I ordered half cheese only and other half with pepperoni pizza, ordered this in the past and from prior experiences it seems to be "easy/quick" order but most of the time it's a let down. On the contrary from past experiences my order was done in a timely manner, done accurately and it was fresh. The girl that is cashier today, your doing an amazing job! Also to the whole team working there! Will definitely be making this my Little Caesars pizza go to spot. If you stop in you won't regret going there

The other day, my husband and I wanted this for lunch, and we went to this location around eleven. He gets out to get a Hot n Ready Pizza for us, to find the doors locked. I went up and looked inside. All the lights were on, the open sign was in the window, but no people and no pizza. We tried to call the place, no one picked up, and a recording told us to order online.Okay, but nowhere delivers where we live (Silverado) and there were no signs telling us Little Caesar's is now delivery ONLY. We tried another location and the exact same thing happened.

Order delivery through the Little Cesars app which I had used many times in the past. My order was incorrect, I had ordered what was on the receipt (mushroom and jalapeño). One of the pizzas was completely incorrect. We called Little Cesars to try to get a refund but they didn't want to refund the pizza. They only wanted to do store credit and only wanted to refund one pizza.They blamed the delivery man but that doesn't make sense to me, it sounds like a lie. Then when we asked for the number to corporate they gave us the wrong number it was an internal employee helpline (human resources).Later we realized the pizza was undercooked. I threw it out since I didn't want to get food poisoning. You can see the dough is undercooked and the dough sticks to the box. We contacted support and have not received an email back.I will not be supporting Little Cesars anymore. I wasn't going to complain but my partner was really upset and we spent good money on the order. We ended up going to Valentinos Pizza which is also nearby.

My review is based solely on the customer service from the young girl working up front taking orders. She has a bad attitude and no customer service skills. The food is good. What's expected from little Caesars. But the ambiance is poor especially with workers that are unhappy entire time when speaking to us.

The wait time is unbelievable to start. As well with when ordering pepperoni pizza they gave me whole completely different topping.

Food was undeer cooked and cold and found the red thing inside of my pizza , unbelievable
