Highly recommend ordering from light and healthy deserts. I ordered the vegan Belgian chocolate cake with Romina and she did a fantastic job! The cake was moist, delicious and the ingredients were fresh! She also went above and beyond and prepared my order in less than two days to make it for my event I am definitely planning to try her other cakes and treats in the future!

I started my Vegan journey two months ago and I was craving desserts and I found Light and Healthy Desserts and I couldn't believe how delicious the blueberry muffins and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies were.

Needed a special dessert for my daughter's 21st birthday. Mind you, she's vegan and I don't live where she lives......so no easy task!! Found Romina here on yelp and have to say she was simply amazing. Definitely plan ahead but she answered all my questions. Gave me wonderful and delicious ideas and most importantly converted it all to vegan!! Picked the "Death by chocolate" cupcake. Absolutely delish! Romina accommodated our daughter's dairy free/ gluten free needs on short notice and delivered a strawberry vanilla cake that was both delicious and beautiful! We were so pleased to unveil it at her 1st birthday, and our friends loved it so much that they each brought a piece home with them...not a crumb left! I came across Romina's desserts while searching for a birthday bundt cake for my friend. When I contacted Romina, I told her that I was interested in one of her lemon bundt cakes but was concerned because we were going camping and it would need to last for several hours unrefrigerated. She was incredibly helpful and willing to accommodate, and suggested some changes to the bundt cake so that there wouldn't be anything perishable in the cake, but that it still tasted like lemon. After 10 hours of leaving the cake out, it tasted AMAZING and the birthday girl absolutely loved the cake as well as our other friends. The glaze was especially delicious. Thank you Romina!

We ordered a vegan carrot cake from Light and Healthy Desserts for our couple's wedding shower in Newport Beach. Romina was so easy to work with. She responded to emails in a timely manner and her prices were very reasonable. Our event was on a Sunday and she made sure the cakes were fresh and delicious. Romina was very kind and professional when I called about placing a cake order for my grandma's 90th birthday. Best of all the cake, meyer lemon raspberry, was perfectly light and sweet for our brunch celebration. My family enjoyed the cake and some even went for seconds. Definitely will order more desserts in the future. It was also great it could be made gluten-free, so delicious!
