Really great service and a classic menu. Fabulous drinks, and food was very fresh with great flavor. We were seated by a window for a beautiful view of the little canyon below and the sunset. I requested my dish be cooked in olive oil or butter (rather than any other type of oils), and they seemed happy to accommodate. We live in the area now, we'll be back!

What an amazing dining experience. This place is excellent. Great service, food and ambiance. Eden was our server and was kind and very efficient. We started with Cesar salad and of course our famous Don Julio Blanco with club soda and three limes muddled with mint and our friends had wine and a whisky sour. For dinner my wife had the filet of sole scampi and I had the filet de la casa- filet mignon. Our friends had the salmon and chicken. For dessert we shared the beignets with home made Gelato and a cup of coffee.Everything was wonderful and we so enjoyed our time there.Highly recommended.

We sat in the middle of the restaurant on left side. The waiters stood and starred at us while eating and our waitress bugged the crap out of me with wanting the check paid, which after the 3rd time she finally said she wanted to go home and so I paid but she either could have said that the first time or let someone else handle it. It was annoying! And they charged a $6 split fee for the entry and she spilled our bottle of wine while pouring it. Bill was $170 for one entree, one bottle of wine and one appetizer. I just didn't like the waiters watching us eat and bothering us while eating.I hope you have your staff stand somewhere else, or fold towels or do something, rather than stand there staring at customers over a pony wall! Maybe put a screen up! And pushing a customer at 8:15pm to pay up, like they did me is rude, especially when the manager can easily handle the bill. And your splitting dish fee is ridiculous but these are the things that drive business away. The girl spilling a $58 bottle of wine while pouring has NEVER happened to me in 45 years and she should have offered to bring another glass but she didn't and all of these things are on us, the owners to train these young people who have no clue how hard we worked to get where we are. You're new and as you know, there have been tons of restaurants before you, who failed. To be honest, your response leaves a lot to be desired. Instead of saying "we hope you can give us another chance", I would at the very least have said "may have I have your email or phone or address" and mail you a gift card to come back. I own a business with 15 employees and have for 38 years and I live 8 minutes from you, which you can clearly see from my yelp profile. Just food for thought.

Came here for happy hour with my husband and we didn't expect portions would be substantial. Not to mention the fresh rolls with whipped butter that came before our meal was another surprise. We ordered the Crab Cake served with a side of salad, Timballo, and Polpette. Every dish was deliciously prepared! The place has a nice warm vibe, was packed with diners but not overwhelming while service was warm and friendly. Definitely an enjoyable and satisfying happy hour experience!

We went here based on a recommendation from a friend. My husband ordered the swordfish. It was very average especially for the price. I got some sort of chicken pasta dish that was just ok. The cocktails before dinner were pretty bad. We went for my husband's birthday which I noted on the open table reservation. They didn't bring anything for a birthday dessert which was disappointing. I can't really recommend or say that I would go back.

My wife and I came here for Happy Hour and we had a great experience! As it was Happy Hour, I had a beer: a Hangar 24 Betty IPA. It was a great beer and it was only $5. Nice! For dishes, we had the crab cake, the timballo, and the polpette. All three were excellent and substantial dishes. The crab cake was lump blue crab with roasted bell pepper aioli and side salad. I don't usually order crab cakes because you can't taste the crab in most restaurants. Not with this crab cake: there was plenty of crab and it was delicious. The side salad was a nice sized salad. The timballo was a wonderful eggplant parmigiana. Rich and indulgent, it really hit the spot. The polpette were Neapolitan meatballs in a marinara sauce. Terrific, and flavorful meat and sauce. There was so much food that my wife couldn't finish it and took the eggplant parmigiana home. Our waiter was fantastic! Really first rate service. The ambiance was elegant and pleasant. Happy Hour is popular so it was buzzy. And the price: for Happy Hour the price was very reasonable. We'll return to this restaurant.

Ive never heard of this place, but researched the menu and met my friends. Am not sure about amazing canyon views, but this nice tucked away place has a trendy vibe! I love it. We went straight to the bar area, so I didn't get to see views. We went on a Saturday afternoon, the place was filled with well off seniors, tvs on sports Channels (not loud), and kind of easy upbeat club music. A surf and turf feel for sure, with a unique great modern look. They change table clothes each time, very clean. The staff refills water without asking, clears plates quickly. The waiter was funny, didn't linger didn't interrupt us just perfect! And you can tell they've been there a while which has a lot to say about their employer! The food and service paired very well. I was dying to try the calamari but skeptical about the "spicy", turns out it wasn't spicy at all but super delicious! A little strange served with no lemon though, first time anywhere in my life. Was fine without. We also ordered the shrimp, a burger and the eggplant. Really, the food was so so good and you know how I am about salt, not salty at all AND so no swollen eyes the next day!!!Nothing to say about the wine, it is what it is.The ONLY thing to critique is the bread, I expected with a napkin cover it would be warm but it wasn't. Even my butter didn't melt . Sourdough and regular soft dinner rolls are included. All in all, I can't wait to go back, it's just 4 miles from home! Thanks guys!

I am delighted to give this review! Don't wait, try out this place, make it a priority if you live in the area. We started with drinks, old fashion which was excellent and a margarita for my hubby. We moved to scallops for appetizer 4 nice size scallops w a delicious lemon butter sauce w a nice green side salad to lop up the rest of sauce Finally for entree I got the classic filet medium rare. Perfectly cooked! Accompanied with a delicious red wine sauce w mashed potatoes and fresh sautéed vegetables. The meal was perfect!! For me it's also about the extras: Peyton was our server perfect service . Example: I spilled sauce on my blouse she came w soda soda water within seconds. Never has that happened!! perfectly spaced meal components which I have found is very rare. Finally a nice surprise warm towels w a slice of lemon. We were celebrating a birthday so they topped off our perfect t meal w vanilla ice cream. To mgmt! Awesome job! I hope you and Legends seafood and steaks thrives. So grateful we found you PS can't wait to try happy hour it looks great!!

I cannot say enough great things about Legends Seafood and Steak! The service staff is attentive and knowledgeable. The food is beyond compare of any restaurant I've been to in Orange County and on Saturday they have a great singer and piano player. I am a cook, so I am very picky about the quality and taste of food in most restaurants. The food at Legends was beyond my expectations.
