I am almost positive I have been to a Lee's in the past, but definitely not this one. I like bahn mi, and in spite of Lee's being the chain that dominates, they are not where I have tended to get them.And now, I don't have a reason why not to go there. I would not seek them out versus another good spot, but Lee's puts out a tasty sandwich, as one would expect from the 800 pound gorilla in the market.

Super clean location. Great service by Jr. he was very patient with me since normally my daughter is who orders for me. This time I came alone and he was helpful with showing me how the meat looks to help me remember if that's how my daughter orders mine. Definitely will be coming back during my lunch break since I definitely like the location and it's only 7mins away from my office :)Almost forgot I ordered the BbQ pork baguette and also their famous iced coffee's

I ordered the standard grilled pork Banh MI. and a pork egg roll. I wanted to compare the food to another chain. The sandwich was delicious with lots of cilantro a favorite of mine. The pork was hot and freshly cooked. The egg roll was really good too I think Vietnamese egg rolls are the best. When your order is ready they bring it to your table if you're eating there. The lady working was really nice. They had their hot light on like Krispy Kreme which means the Baguettes are hot and fresh.

Disrespectful customer service and dishonest shop. Large coffee is fully filled with ice and halfway filled with coffee. The coffee itself is mixed with more water than coffee. Pay attention to this detail next time you buy coffee from this location

Outstanding sandwiches! We had ours on the croissant and it was so incredibly soft and cheery - perfection! We had the tuna and turkey - both were tasty and just the right amount of meat and vegetables. Be sure to try their signature tea or milk tea with boba! Great prices too.

I have been a loyal customer since this location opened, and I was thrilled to have it nearby. However, my most recent visit was incredibly disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior I encountered. After placing my order online, I walked in only to be completely overlooked by the staff. The woman assisting me, Mai, was noticeably rude, and her behavior did not go unnoticed by other customers in the store. Regrettably, I will not be returning to this location; I would rather drive to another store where I can expect quality customer service.

Overall, the food is a 3.5/5. The baguette was cold and they did not put a lot of meat. They did, however, put a good amount of pate. The banh mi tasted good, but it definitely could have been better.

I recently received a poorly made sandwich. The owner lied and said the meat looked thin because of no tomato.Terrible customer service and the owner is a LIAR!!! Disgusting, disgraceful and disappointing. Terrible terrible service LIARS

I ordered a vegetarian banmi. As I eat a few bites, there's a distinct stale taste. I advised Quan, the server and she first informs me that's how they make it. Then she informs me they don't do refunds and left it at that. No apologies or anything. Now I understand that a vegetarian sandwich may not be a popular choice, hence the stale tofu. But as a restaurant , it seems rather important to serve fresh food, no?Guess not. I threw away the banmi. Feeling hungry and miffed, I asked to speak to the manager. Quan says they don't have a manager, then I'd like to speak with the owner. She says they're not here. Okay, then let me have their number. She says we're not allowed to give out the number. So am I supposed to just walk away having paid for it and Lee's not offer any attempt to rectify this?! This is unacceptable! She finally apologized, and offered to speak to someone higher up. Came back and offered me an alternative, an avocado sandwich. Is the bread warm? No. I changed this review to two stars on account of the substitute sandwich, else it would have been a one, really Zero if I could. I will not be back. Clearly they don't have customers satisfaction in mind.
