First time at this location, entered from the food court side. YES THERE ARE TWO ENTRANCES. Food court side was tiny and had a few choices so I ordered piñon. I asked the server what the base was since it was slightly pink, she guessed vanilla but wasn't sure.Hey thanks!Piñon was delicious mmmmm ice creammmLeft the food court only to discover DUH the main aspect of the shop on the interior of the mall way with aLL of the flavor selection and paletas. KthnxProduct is good as usual.Prices are elevated bc of the mall retail.Service could use some training.

Waited for 10mins which diesnt seem long but when there's 2 sides and 2 workers it makes you questioned I don't know why they have 2 sides if they are going to prioritize just 1 and they have 2 people working

I wish the customer service was better. We had a young man coming back and fourth fixing items to be eaten on his break. But no kind of hello or service of "oh shell be with you in a minute". It was more of a death stare and just not very welcoming. The young lady who helped us was very polite and made sure to let us know the flavors and everything else. I felt bad for her because she had a line and no one to really support her. The two younger guys did not HELP HER at all. We ended up getting 5 ice scream with 1 scoop for about 20 bucks! Totally worth it as she filled our cones up to the mountains! We got chocolate, cookies and cream, vanilla and strawberry! We're thankful for the wonderful young lady, but MANAGMENT - PLEASE TRAIN YOUR YOUNGER MALE GENERATION... THEY ARE NOT HELPING YOUR ESTABLISHMENT ONE BIT!!!

They have a great Menu, good system of serving their customers during this time. It is a bit of a wait but so worth it. The staff is always friendly and patient when placing a large order. Love this place!

One of the very few places you can grab an eloté in any time of day. Nothing out of the ordinary. The two entrances seems pretty weird as one side has less options. Other than that, the employee that served us were super kind, made small talk, and made sure our eloté & esquité was made how we want it.

So... should've left this review because this did NOT happen recently. And I should visit again to see the customer service of this place again. So I walk in, 2 of the girls working there are very loud and I ask the girl for the Cheetos and cheese but I wanted it in the container, she did not get it and did it the wrong way and I said ok, doesn't matter. As she was about to charge me one of the workers from the other side trying to throw away her gloves from a few feet away and the glove ended up getting on my BAG OF CHIPS. That were OPEN. The cashier laughed and did not even offer to remake the snack again. Then I paid with a 20 dollar bill and she forgot my change on top of the 1 dollar bill change. What a HORRIBLE customer service. I really hope those employees no longer work there. I've done customer service myself so this was unacceptable. Two star for the food.

My first and last time here... poor costumer service and when My boyfriend ordered a scoop of the gansito ice cream and it didn't have NO gansito whatsoever... we even asked the lady maybe they got confused but they claimed that that was the gansito ice cream... the ice cream tastes like vanilla ice cream... no gansito anywhere to be found!!!

Worst customer service ever . Who is the manager here ? Do they train their employees at all? Went for Lunch today around 12:30 took them forever to acknowledge me standing there after I called for them a few times I had to go behind the counter and call the disrespectful girl and she still couldn't hear me because she had her earphones on . Then she was rude and tried to call security on me . I asked for her manager , she didn't want to give me his information , asked for her name , said she couldn't give it to me . Worst michoacana I've ever been to .These kids need to find something better to do .

Awesome flavors! Neat place . My whole family loves this place . Prices are reasonable.

Anyone teach these kids what customer service is!? After waiting 15 minutes to even be acknowledged, they finally take my order with attitude. I don't need your eyes to roll at me because you have to stop talking to your friend! Hate this place, hope it goes out of business because you can't be nice!
