La Michoacana Premium

Its a bit pricy here, but thats for great quality. I was a bit bummed when I asked to buy some Chaca Chaca candy by the bowl, the lady didn't seem like she wanted to do so, but I was happily telling her I WILL PAY for it. I just like eating the extra candy with my mangonada. It was poor customer service for me as I am always happy to pay extra for more items or candies! Anyhow, it was very clean inside, I got the cucumber melon paleta and a small cup of the mango with chamoy. Everything came out to about 9 bucks. I will be back hopefully when I catch lunch next to the neighbors. Hopefully, I get a more happier Customer Service Representative. Try both items I got, there were really good!

Eva is the best! She makes delicious drinks, offers great recommendations on paletas, provides helpful suggestions about combining different snacks, and is incredibly friendly. You can tell she enjoys putting smiles on peoples' faces with refreshing treats. I think this location is relatively new and unknown, but it's the best around. We always look forward to visiting with Eva and leaving with something tasty!!!

Nasty!!! Lady (sorry didn't get her name) was cleaning sweeping to be exact the floor while talking on her personal cellphone! Completely ignored me when she decided to help me and still on her cell phone asking what I wanted quietly so I wouldn't interrupt her personal call, I proceeded to ask what one of the flavors was she grabs the sample spoon.At that point I completely lose it! She didn't even WASH HER HANDS! I told her you didn't even was her hands that's nasty and walk out!! My fault for assuming somebody else behind the counter was going to help me! And for thinking she was going to wash her hands when she asked me what I wanted not even how can I help you! ‍

---- Experience was good at this location. The lady over the counter had great customer service, thank you!I usually get ice cream but decided to change it up this time getting fruit agua frescas.. delicious. Might be a little SWEETER than other ones you try so keep that in mind. For today I decided to grab tamarindo, strawberry and guanabana(soursop) popsicles. Definitely gonna try other items

Exceptional paletas and ice cream. I always go here for the cheesecake ice cream , it's creamy and tasty! The paletas are also super flavorful. I got the mangonada paleta with the tamarind stick inside and it was so flavorful. The mango flavor was sweet and fresh and even got a hint of the lime, it was perfect!Their Aguas frescas are also amazing but they are more sweet than usual so keep that in mind. I would of given them a 5 but their customer service is a little sub par. Some of the woman there are friendly and some not so much. Anyway definitely try this place! I definitely recommend.

Not an authentic "Michoacana" company. I call it the knock off sister lol but this place is decent if you are in the mood for mexican antojitos. I'm so use to the quality of the real Michoacána company, that I feel like I can totalllyyyyy tell the difference

Love there strawberries and cream. They make it with Fresh strawberries. There palletas are made from natural fruits, they have a huge selection. can't go wrong there all delicious. Must try them all. Try there Mangoniadas there good. I usually go to the one on 17th st by the train tracks. Happy they open one close by. U want a esquite, they have it. They have a lot to choose from.

Very poor customer service we walked in and never got greeted nor they at least try to say we will be right with you. Young lady with glasses had an attitude and she was more worried about what song was playing and more concern about answering her texts messages.Then decided to attend the people,both girls were working very slow and you can just tell they did not want to help the customers.

Horrible service by the younger lady working on Sunday 2/25 at 5:15pm. My family and I had already bought our stuff. When I went up to see what else I was going to buy. I asked for a sample of coffee. She gave me attitude and asked "vas a querer algo" I said yes and she said so I can help the next person. I'm a paying customer and was going to get more and you give me the kind of treatment that I'm wasting your time. If I had the option of giving this establishment a zero I would. I knew I should of turned around after walking in and she giving us attitude about closing the door when it was closed when we came in.

Youngish lady with glasses has no people skills whatsoever. Was looking at there menu online bcuz the menu screens weren't on and the rude mula was rushing me to order even though there were absolutely no other customers in the store.
