KIT coffee

Stumbled up on his neighborhood gem and was pleasantly surprised. It's rather small inside with a very minimalistic aesthetic. There's not much seating aside from two tables and a 4 stool bar top, but it's a pretty cool intimate space in an office park. I tried the triple double Matcha and it was delicious . The baristas were super helpful in helping me make a final decision. My friend and I ended up sitting outside to get some work done and also enjoy the avocado toast, that was rather complex in taste. Before we left, we ended up grabbing another Matcha because it was just that good. Can't recommend enough!

I was really hoping this shop would have parking since I know many coffee shops in Irvine are in corporate buildings that require you to pay for parking. Unfortunately this was one of those locations, which is one reason I don't see myself coming back. I can definitely see this being a great spot for people who work there and want a quick coffee break though. The coffee shop itself had a really nice earthy vibe to it with lots of merch and plants as decor. I also liked the one bench inside where you could wait for your drink, and there's lots of seating outdoor too. Unfortunately we went when it was raining so there wasn't really a place for us to study. I ordered an iced matcha latte and it was alright. Not the greatest I've ever had, as the flavors are quite harsh and the drink pretty bitter as well.

I was so excited to try this place but honestly there are a few reasons why I would not come back. - The location is not ideal. It's in the middle of a business plaza, and you need to pay for parking. - I got a chai latte, and it was so bad. I couldn't take more than a few sips, and ended up throwing it away. I hate wasting food and drinks, but I couldn't drink it. - the cafe itself is quite small and the employees seem standoffish :/ They may have better drinks, but I hate when coffee shops make very little efforts for their chai lattes.

Tucked away in a busy business park, it's the perfect morning walk from the hotel I was staying at. A cute small shop facing a beautiful outdoor area with water features and ample seating. Currently obsessed with their horchata matcha, not too sweet, well balanced matcha with horchata sweetness. They have an extensive avocado toast menu! Each slice of toast is loaded with avocado, and toppers. My coworker ordered a breakfast burrito and we were so impressed how packed with fillings it was.

First time trying KIT! My friend brought the drink to me, so there's not much I can comment on about the interior or the service, however, I did love my drink! I'm a huge matcha fan and was not expecting a ton , I will say. However, their matcha strawberry blew me away! The color of the matcha was a very nice dark green. Upon first sip, there was an extremely tasty hint of strawberry paired with the creaminess, smooth matcha. The flavors came together so well and it's definitely one of the better strawberry matchas I've had. Matcha was not gritty whatsoever, you could taste the quality of the powder they use. I also really like that their strawberry jam is in the milk and not separate on its own at the bottom like most places. The strawberry was also not too overpowering or sweet, I found that the drink was the perfect sweetness for me. This was a nice subtle and well put together beverage. I would definitely come back here on my own and try out their other items!

1/3/2025LAVENDER FIELDS(Matcha + Blueberry Lavender Milk)This was recommended by the barista. I asked for whole milk, instead of my usual almond milk. Overall, it tasted refreshing, it would be great on a hot day. Lavender-forward flavor with the matcha quietly sitting in the background. It was slightly on the sweeter side, but I think it needed the added sweetness to balance the lavender and matcha marriage. A little bit of sugar goes a long way. CAPPUCCINO Got excited to try their Coava Coffee here, but I was disappointed. It was a dark roast that did not appeal to my tastes. It was dark with no personality. I've decided that instead of dumping the whole thing, I poured it into my lavender-forward Lavender Fields and I barely noticed it! That's how strong the iced matcha-lavender was!CUSTOMER SERVICETypical barista-customer service. Everyone did the minimal. It was okay. SEATSSmall indoor space with very few tables and bench seats, but there are large outdoor tables and sofas which is a much better option. PARKING / ASK FOR PARKING VALIDATION No street parking, unless you want to walk a whole block or two, as this whole area is office space and have a parking garage only. KIT Coffee does give 90 minute parking validation, so please ask for it before you leave. Based on the drinks I've had, not sure I would return. Nothing stood out.

KIT Coffee is an aesthetic and charming coffee shop with some uniquely crafted drinks. This spot is located in a more industrial and business like area. For parking, there is garage parking where you can get your parking validated for free after you make a purchase. Inside, they have a nice modern setup with a welcoming and warm ambiance. For seating, they have about 3-4 tables inside and about 7-8 tables for seating outside with a nice water fountain view. As for their menu, they have a great selection of different espresso, coffee, signature, seasonal, and organic tea drinks. In addition, they also have a selection of pastries and hot foods that you can get as well. Wifey and I pulled up for our matcha run today and got the Lavender Fields (Matcha + Blueberry Lavender Milk) and the Horchata Matcha. Both drinks had unique flavor profiles with the right amount of aromatics and sweetness. Overall, we enjoyed the vibes and the drinks they have here. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend getting your drink and grabbing a seat outside to enjoy the nice view. Put this spot up next on your list for your next coffee run!

KIT coffee is such a special find for quality matcha! I am picky when it comes to matcha, but it truly passes the color test and quality of matcha used!It is tucked away surrounding businesses, but also good to note that they do validate the parking for the structure behind! We went around 3pm and the lines were out the door! Nonetheless the ordering and receiving my drink was fast and friendly. The cafe itself is small and probably not the best for studying, but good to hangout outside!I opted to get the strawberry matcha. I liked how they used strawberry jam mixed in the milk instead of just jam seperately. The drink itself was sweet and the matcha itself was strong! Would highly recc and am excited to try their other drinks!

10:52 am, random Thursday in January.... They are packed and the line is wrapping around the little store. Kit Coffee is my life raft in the storm that is corporate work life. The store is located inside a business complex. I usually order just a hot latte with whole milk when I need a caffeine fix. Smooth and satisfying and gives me enough caffeine to tackle the rest of the afternoon. They offer pastries and an extensive food menu, which I have not tried. Croffles offered after 1pm. Menu included in the pic below. I work in this complex so parking is easy and I walk over so I'm not sure how regular folks would park. The inside is small but there is a small seating area.Please visit and create your own experience.

Dropped by to have coffee and brunch. In case you didn't know, they also provide a 1.5 hour free validation for parking! Also the other thing I learned is the bathroom is located in the lobby about two doors down. We ordered breakfast burrito, fried rice, kitmas latte and regular ice latte. The burrito was standard but we really enjoyed the fried rice. It was a mix of tomato jam, cilantro and bacon. The kitmas latte was not bad. It comes with cute latte art! But it does get a bit sweet near the end. I guess I should have mixed it well before drinking. Overall, with two coffees and two dishes, it was about $26-$27 a person. I would definitely drop by again if I was ever in the area. However, I would probably choose a coffee that's less sweet.
