Completely messed up my 50$ KFC order. Missing items, incorrect entrees, simple directions missed,I didn't receive and entire 3 pc combo and I requested no mayo on my sandwich and got extra mayo. What did I to yall working there Jesus this is terrible.

went in for Tuesday deal of $10, 4pcs Drum and 4pcs Thigns. The staff was playing dumb, pretending no knowledge of this deal until we pressed in.Then, she tried to upsell the chocolate cake or brownie to this deal. Again, pretending it is the part of the deal one must purchase.Until we rejected, they then swapped the bag of freshly picked chicken pieces to older batch they have bagged previously for someone else.It made the bad and cheating impression of KFC. why can they not be honest and honor the order?

We had to drive all the way back to exchange our biscuits because they weren't cooked. We weren't being inpatient at the drive thru so they could have taken their time. When we came back, they couldn't even give us an extra one for having to come back.

I couldn't believe that the ratings could be this bad. This is a big corporation. How do they allow a location to remain so badHere is a picture of my chicken. It was all torn apart and undercooked. Ended up just throwing it all away. Called the location and they would not do anything about it. Wrote into to KFC corporate and was given a case number and they never followed up. It is clear KFC doesn't care about their product or customers anymore. This is not cheap food. It was almost 30 dollars for the bucket of chicken with sides

This was a delivery through GrubHub. KFC forgot to include the dipping sauce! Other than that the food tasted good. Exactly what you expect from KFC except they forgot the dipping sauce!

Placed an online order on 09/07/2024. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo (fries and Pepsi), and 5 pc. Tender big box meal (fries, mash potatoes, and Pepsi)Went to pick up the food, service was fine. I got home and as we were getting ready to enjoy dinner, noticed we were missing our sides and they gave me the regular chicken instead of the tenders. I called and they were arguing and insisting that they got my order right. After going back and forth, they finally agreed to remake the tender box.I go in today and spoke with alaze and they were being rude about it. Even began accusing me of lying that I was missing my sides. They're the worst here.

I did a pick up order and my husband picked up the order. When he got home more than half my order was missing . Such a inconvenience. Not even a sorry or anything. The lady said " I didn't give him the order so I don't know". Not a valid answer and poor excuse. Also the $7.19 famous bowl had 4 pieces of chicken in it. Not worth the money I paid.

Worst food ever. TV deal at $4.99 - two tiny drumsticks 1 biscuit and a tiny side. They do not allow upgrades. The tiny drumstick was dry and overcooked.KFC is definitely not like it used to be. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

We've been going to this KFC location for over 20 years and this is the absolute worst experience I've ever had. The staff ( manager) was extremely rude and confrontational. It's a shame after all these years we will not be going back.
