What's not to like about KFC?While that's true I won't be going back to this location. The girl at the Register was Rude for no reason. Literally!

This KFC is TERRIBLE. Go to the one in Tustin off of Newport Beach if you can. Their prices are cheaper as well. I ordered a 3piece combo all white meat. The combo in Santa Ana is 12.99. The lady wanted to charge me 1.99 extra per Breast in my combo. So 12.99 plus 1.99 plus 1.99. So basically $17 with out the tax being added for a 3 piece combo all because I want white meat. No way Jose. I went right on thru the drive way and went 3 miles to the Tustin location. Their 3 piece combo was 10.99 and they didn't up charge for ordering white meat. So save your money and head on down the street for the same chicken at a cheaper price.. Thank me later..

A total Ripped off..The sign on the drive thru has a different price than their actual price you have to pay. Order $34.99 and when im about to pay it goes up to $47.99 Correct your menu scammers

Original chicken sandwich -has a good bite and a hefty piece of chicken. It's a little flavorless. I like Popeyes original chicken sandwich more. Apple pie-they made it fresh. It's okay, I like Popeyes apple pie more. Nice people here ! I'm satisfied !

I Tried KFC's Chicken & Waffles and Here's My Thoughts.Tender and crispy fried chicken paired with soft and sweet waffles make the perfect couple. Add a glug of Ms. Butter Worth syrup, and the entire dish is perfectly over the top.[Food] At first glance (and smell) the chicken and waffles smelled and looked heavenly. Although it didn't seem that the waffles came straight from the waffle iron (probably frozen and reheated but I'm just speculating), they were a beautiful deep mahogany. The chicken was extra crispy, just the way I like. I took a bite of the waffle and was overwhelming sweetness and lack of texture (not airy but rather dense) was too much. So that kinda ruined it for me!* Limited Time Only* the big basket comes with 4 tenders or your choice of leg or thigh, 2 waffle, 2 syrup $ 7.49.[ Customer Service] the cashier was Norma was very helpful and knowledgeable about the new items on the menu.

Im great for everything kfc if I'm being honest I'm a Christian and I know I work hard for my chicken can't forget the strawberries lemonade .

The food is just how Colonel Sanders made it.....delicious! The staff is fast and very pleasant. They make sure all your food is prepared correctly .This KFC is on Bake and Trabuco in Lake Forest CA.One big observation is the counter and the soda machine is full of black mold (?) on the bottom. Big counter needs to be replaced and the ice machine and soda has basically same thing from the ceiling. Maintained has not been done. The owner should have repaired and cleaned it all!! I feel bad for the staff because they work so hard and their food they put out is great! Owner please repair you mold issue and clean up the windows, seats need painting and all the dirt.

I got a horrible experience. They forgot our orders. We ordered 14 chicken deals and two chicken breasts using Uber eats, but two chicken breasts weren't delivered.

Worse kfc ever... always something missing in the orders because it was so busy only with one car in drive thru

Ordered thru app, got charged but when I went the store to pick up I was told they never received the order and refused to provide the order even I showed them my order number. Called customer service and I was told I can either go back to store and provide the order number and ask them to get the order for me, even thought I told the customer service girl they wouldn't give me the order. Or I can just leave and they'll investigation the case and contact me later for details, but no estimation when I can get the refund. It's ridiculous I got charged for no service and you wont provide if I can get the refund and when I can get the refund, no mentioning I drove all the way to the store. Worst restaurant ever.
