They never have enough pot pies available. We usually order two but only one is available. They ask if I want to wait 22 minutes or so for the other one. No thanks! This has happened multiple times now. A lot of new faces working here. Not happy.

Well, Bravo KFC - I see why you've earned the 2 Star Yelp rating that you currently have. We got home after picking up our mobile order and found that you left a part of our order out - so we had to head back to your shop - which means my food will be cold when we get back.I really want to give businesses the benefit of a doubt when I see low Yelp ratings for places that are pretty straightforward, especially fast food spots. But when there's nobody at the restaurant, and the employees don't have anything to do, the least they could do is get the one mobile order that comes in right!!We haven't been to a KFC in years - this just confirmed that we should keep it that way.Such a disappointment KFC!!

Placed an order throu KFC app, get coordinated w a Dasher. I've been very extra careful to leave in the notes don't forget the sauces and the straw, meaning my order is a combo and it comes with a drink! Everything was delivered right, however there was no drink!!! Sigh! Was it a big deal when you're hungry and expect to get a fullfilled and accurate meal order?. Please double triple check the order make sure it's all handed correctly to the dasher. Reason for why you have it listed out each item on the order ticket is TO MAKE SURE IT IS COMPLETE!

Employee training is questionable. A 4 piece chicken deal w/ 2 smash potato's is $12, sounds great. I ordered 4 piece of chicken only. At checkout, they want to charge me $17. Asked why& the drive thru cashier said it $3.48 each. What s wrong with this? You figure it out

If I could leave No stars I would! Not only did the lady taking my order today give me attitude, but gave me burnt food. My daughter loves Mac n' cheese and mashed potatoes from KFC. So we stopped to get her some. The Mac had a horrible burnt taste. It had big chunks of burnt cheese mixed in. The mash potatoes had dry clumps in it.Both items were awful. My daughter was upset and crying because her food was nasty. Not only did I waste money on this meal, but I had to go somewhere else and buy another meal. Horrible service from that lady and shitty ass food! Won't return to that location!

This place was absolutely disgusting. It's needs a health inspection asap. Apart from ceiling panels missing, there was a moth inside the sofa machine where the extra ice falls. Also can clearly hear an employee saying to coworkers she refuses to take orders. Food was decent, got the new chicken nuggets however I legit got one that seemed it was just skin and no chicken, had to actually ask for another one and they gave me two to say sorry so that's a plus I guess.

Is it just this location that has issues? First, I tried ordering ahead of the app and that did not work (was somehow logged of and the link to sign in never showed up after 10 attempts. Attempted to order a pot pie through the drive through and was it would take 15 minutes. The last tome I ordered something here I was told to "pull around" while they make it. There's no place to turn around on their property! The only option is to make an immediate right turn on a bust street where you can't make u-turns. You have to go down a block or two and circle back. What a hassle! Never again.

I had the worst drive thru experience. The general manager at this location, Angel, has no customer service experience. He was VERY rude.I did not receive what was asked for, and he would not let me exchange. 2 orders were incorrect.I was told not to come back...Don't worry. I will be taking my $$$ elsewhere.

Probably the worse KFC you can come to, if i could give it -10 stars i would. the service is terrible, the food is always cold or they don't have it, management is a joke and I've never seen so many people go in for refunds in my life. So glad the Popeyes is opening up and hopefully this KFC goes under.
