Chicken tenders are a little too dry for my taste. The seasoning is good though.
Biscuits are buttery and soft with a crispy exterior.

This is a drain below the soda machine. Rust, mildew and who knows what else? How clean are the areas where the food is prepared?

It's been several years since I've had KFC, so I asked my foodie sidekick to pick up some for dinner. This review is only on the food. THE FOOD. - 8 pc. Chicken + 8 Tenders Fill Up | This is within the family meal category and it included 8 pieces of bone-in chicken, 8 chicken tenders, 4 biscuits, your choice of sauces, and your choice of three sides. I went with coleslaw, mashed potatoes with gravy, and french fries. For sauces, I went with buffalo ranch and KFC sauce. The bone-in chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy, tender meat. The seasoning was also savory and slightly sweet. I wasn't a fan of the chicken tenders. It just seemed a little too dry for my taste. The sides were all tasty, but my favorite was the coleslaw for its tangy/sweet flavors. THE RETURN?I'd come back and just order the bone-in chicken with sides.

We had KFC at another spot yesterday and I'm conflicted. My wife felt this one was better than yesterday but I feel different. This one's customer service is always on point and quick. I feel my fries and tenders were as tasteful but the spicy chicken sandwich was the BOMB !!! And I feel this one is way more cleaner than the one in Irvine.

Before I got my food...I went to wash my hands in the restroom. It smelled disgusting... Like raw sewage. The restroom itself was haphazardly cleaned. Basically dirty. All the boards at the counter... Front of store.... Are rotting away. Under the soda machine there is rust and rot and mildew. I'm sure there's is dry rot and water damage throughout this counter. The HVAC registers are completely filthy and blowing dust and grime throughout the entire kitchen area. I really cannot imagine, if they are willing to allow these things to be showing too the public, what could be the state of uncleanliness in the food prep areas. This is, by far, the dirtiest KFC I have ever been in. Someone call the health department and get an inspector out here. I cannot believe I actually are the food. This is a complete breakdown of management. It doesn't matter about the workers... Yes.... They should be key go probably. In the end... The fault is all on the management team.

I have always been satisfied with this KFC. I went tonight to pick up dinner because I didn't feel like cooking. My husband and I like the chicken breast. I got 4 breast plus sides. The price has gone up a lot but every place you go that is happening. I was willing to pay for the convenience. But when I got home and looked in the bag I was very very disappointed. I don't know who the butcher was that cut there chicken but they need to get a new job. They were so small and no meat on them. I won't be going back.The worst part was I went online to give a review to KFC, but you have to open a account and give them a CREDIT CARD so they can verify who you are!

Epic failure!! I received a three-piece dark meat, chicken combo. They forgot to put my extra order of fries in my order. I don't think it should be that hard when you have an order to follow. Anybody who orders through the app and pick up the drive-through you better start checking your bags. This is the second time it's happened now.

Normally this KFC is pretty decent in terms of quality of product and service, but this time was DEFINITELY an acute exception!Last week I visited this location at night, sometime after nine. I utilized the drive-thru. There were only two cars ahead of me. After ordering and pulling up behind the car in front of me, I sat there for what seemed like an eternity. It must have been ten minutes at least which, for a drive-thru, is a ridiculously long time to wait. Though partially obstructed, I could still see that the hold-up was somehow due to the car at the window. I continued to wait but finally lost my patience and, as there was still no one behind me at this point, proceeded to back out of the drive-thru and left. As I passed by the speaker, the drone in the window hit me with a generic "May I help you?", which I thought was some nice comic irony.The way that I look at it is that, regardless of what the car at the window ordered, they STILL took WAY too long to fill it. Also, as is the case at other fast-food establishments, if they were servicing a car for an inordinately long period of time, they should have told that person to pull around to the front and park, and that when their order was complete, they would bring it out to them, thereby NOT inconveniencing all the other cars.Like I said, usually this place is pretty good, but that day it was atrocious. So if you ever visit the drive-thru, beware.....

Called the location At 9pm Asked for info about freshness of chicken and sides. Showed up at the drive through at 9:20pm as the long was closed.Staff was very polite and nice Good was great Chicken was fresh Sides were bomb ! Best KFC I've had in California
