Note to self, the chicken is almost burned here. Anyway I usually get the Combo #8 three piece chicken big box meal with all thighs original style and fries and coleslaw. Their ketchup is quite bitter so I usually get a dipping sauce instead.

Seriously pointless to order online for things to be ready. I'm at the store picking up the order when they decide to take care of the drive through customers and even though my order had already been paid for, sell all the chicken to drive through customers and make me wait an extra 20 min. Such complete BS. Terrible, terrible service. When I asked why they would do that, she offered no reason and asked if I wanted something different instead. SMH. They are totally inconsiderate and didn't even offer an apology or anything to try and rectify. I get it. Its fast food, don't expect great service, there's a hiring issue after Covid. Whatever, it's just a rant because the way it happened was deliberate. Not even an accident.

The ordering queue here is pretty slow. I went through the drive-thru and there was only one car ahead of me. As I was about to place an order, the employee told me to wait a bit, which became 7 mins of waiting. After I placed my order, it took 10 minutes waiting to drive up to get my order despite only one car ahead of me. Their order seemed pretty small but you would think for a fast food restaurant, they would have a system to pump out these orders quickly.The spicy chicken was pretty delicious especially with the chicken having a crispy batter. The spicy creamy sauce added a nice heat to it; and I can handle spicy. I like that they served it on the soft brioche-like bun so that the crispy texture really comes out. However, for $5 I wouldn't say it's a great deal, but worth at least a try f you're going to try and eat all the crispy chicken sandwiches out there.

Decided to stop by here for a quick lunch during my lunch break, since this place isn't far from where I work. Went through the drive-through and ordered the 3 piece combo (crispy) with mashed potatoes. I opened it right away and the chicken was very soggy. The biscuit was also hard. I didn't think I expected much coming here, but I at least expected to get decent food - crispy chicken that is. Uncertain if I'll come back again for this reason.

In the past, My mom orders kfc and all of a sudden, food was too much oil and caused stomach pain to drive me crazy and felt like throwing up. DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING KFC!!!
