OK. So after the first time we came to this location, we have since frequented this spot almost on a weekly basis. They have a BOGO deal on Wednesdays from 4-6PM. That is a great deal. And since going so frequently, we have found that the service is really outstanding. In particular, Jade, the owner is just one of the nicest human beings on the planet, and it always makes for a wonderful experience for us. To back up what we are saying now about this place...today I placed an order for $150 worth of gift cards (see one of our images for the gift card). For every $25 you purchase you get a free smoothie and a $5 bonus card. We Asians LOOOOVE promo codes and coupons! Yea, so Jade is so cool. And today we met two other employees, Zelle and Yama (I'm so sorry if I spelled your names incorrectly). All very friendly and accommodating. You will enjoy this place. Especially Weds from 4-6PM!

First of all, to the lady who worked last night's closing shift.. thank you for letting my husband and I order something. We didn't realize that we came 5 minutes before closing time but very thankful to have been helped and left happy with our smoothies. We ordered a Lava Flow (without coconut) and Melon Madness. Both smoothies were made quickly and tasted super good.

I've been to various Juice It Up locations for over 25 years and have been getting the same drink.. so I have a pretty good idea on how it's supposed to taste like. I've visited this location twice. Both times the Strawberry Wave tasted very watered down.. almost as if they put half the juice and fruit required in the recipe and replaced it with water and more ice to cut costs. Also, this location charges about $1 more than other locations. I will not be coming back anytime soon. Hopefully, they fix this issue.

I come here at least 3-5 times a week and every single time Andrea helps me, she is always so sweet and nice to me. She always makes my smoothie the best and is her service is amazing!

There are numerous options to refresh the pallet during the summer months. Juice it up continues to be GOAT when it comes to açaí bowls and smoothies. Outside of the fantastic selection, the employees are friendly, attentive, and quick to complete your order.

Person working on 4/16 at about 12:45 was extremely rude over the phone said I needed to order online or in person and could not order over the phone due to ordering 2 items. I showed up and there was not one customer in the store and the employee was sitting down. Extremely poor service to inconvenience the customer because she decided to be lazy and rude

So delicious. Reminds me of growing up. The consistency is amazing and it tastes good everytime. This is my go- to place if im craving something sweet. I love how organized this place is. The only thing is that price has definitely increased. Around 7-8 for a large! Pricey but it is well worth it in my opinion.

Never been here before, not sure the two girls names that were working on 2/8 at around 1:50pm both very rude and had so much attitude from the second I walked into the door, horrible customer service won't be coming back but the smoothie was fire:)

Very disappointed with my experience today. I ordered two fresh squeeze juices exactly the same way. (Pineapple base with some greens and lemon) One of them tasted OK but had a ton of pulp in it which I tolerated, but the second one was extremely bitter. ( this one was for my daughter and I just wanted to make sure it tasted OK ) It was not even consumable.So I walked back in and explained to the young man how bitter it tasted. Without hesitation he said he would remake it, and quickly shuffled back to the juicer. I noticed in the beginning he was using a lot of the pineapple rinds, I asked him if he could not use those because I thought that's what made it so bad.But to my surprise he didn't bother cleaning the machine before remaking it. And it tasted exactly same! Ended up just getting a refund for the one juice. I kept apologizing as I felt very bad, but not once did he apologize lol.I have been to this Juice It Up! quite a few times for smoothies and never had an issue. I guess at least for juices I will not be coming here. Good thing there is a Nektar nearby! Look at the comparison even in the color!
