Good location, they can definitely get overwhelmed sometimes but most of the time I come in they are friendly and quick. The restroom sometimes is not the cleanest. They do have a habit of not adding extra when asked (example extra jimmy peepers will come with barely any) but this is pretty minor. The veggies are always super fresh which is my favorite part-I love a good crunch in my sandwiches/wraps.

I went on the free toasted tuesday subs day. I just want to say the manager is absolutely amazing and so kind and deserves a raise. She was working so hard and managing so many things and still was so kind to my boyfriend and I. I went around 12:45. It was PACKED! So props to her

Great spot for a quick and fresh sandwich in Irvine! The bread is always soft and fresh, and the meats and veggies taste super crisp. The #9 Italian Night Club is my go-to every time. It's fast and convenient, but it's still just a chain, so don't expect anything too fancy. Perfect for when you need a quick lunch on the go. Service was fantastic.

Ok so Tiffany helped us initially and she was kind and helpful! We sometimes can be extra and she was so patient and sweet and made our food perfectly and delicious this sounds funny but sometimes peopleMess up sandwiches! Love Jimmy John's, but this location is not it. The person taking our order, Jazlen, did not correctly take the order down and there was poor communication between her and the person making the sandwiches. This resulted in the sandwich maker handing us the completely wrong order, and then when we asked for the correct order, this led to us receiving the wrong size sandwich, which means that we paid significantly more for a smaller sandwich than we otherwise should have.

Had an elite experience at this location the service was hella friendly when I walked in I was immediately greeted. Ambiance was regular people there for their lunch break just enjoying a Sammy. I can in to try their new pickle sandwich which ended up being a sleeper. It was good money and if your into pickles this is definitely a item you should try. The limited edition pickle chips go crazy as well! Good vibes!

Freaky fast service was no joke! I walked in to order my usual Italian sub and by the time I paid and walked over to a chair, they called my order. The young lady making my sandwich was very sweet greeting me and asking me if I wanted the sandwich cut in half and wanted condiments to go and a paper bag. There were a couple of other people dining in there but obviously no line or wait which is awesome when you're in a hurry! Definitely recommend coming here for good food and service.

Came about an hour before closing and they were super friendly! I placed an order on the app and forgot that I had chosen wheat bread as my previous order and they were kind to switch it out for me for the delicious white bread. They were so generous I was blown away. They even gave me some bread to take with me because they were going to throw it out anyways. I also discovered they do catering and that is something I'll be utilizing in the future! Christie is a rockstar and extremely generous! Thank you sooooo much!!!

A coworker of mine wanted jimmy johns (I've never had it, I normally go to jersey mikes) and this was definitely a disappointment. I ordered the "beach club" and the pictures on line looked amazing, with loads of lettuce and avocado spread. When I got it I immediately noticed the old shriveled up lettuce that was used and then I thought they forgot to put avocado on it. After digging around I found not even a scoop worth in between the cheese slices. $11 for a depressing sandwich...... this place is horribly overpriced for the quality. If it weren't For us being at work I would have gone to the storeAnd asked for my money back. She ordered the same sandwich but added onions.....they forgot the onions...
