Every single time we have bought sandwiches here, they fail to accurately make the sandwiches. It doesn't matter if we go in person or order online; they consistently give us the wrong items. Based on their lack of attention to detail, I'm concerned about what food safety/cleanliness steps they may be skipping.

PICKLE -I get in a lot of drama over liking JimmyJohn's so muchMany folks i know are die hard for other sandwich places but please consider this pickle what place is doing this???Sure they might have sliced ones shaped like coins to go on the SamiCh but there's nothing better than this whole huge one that's quartered I'll also say their sandwiches are consistently yummy i always get #9 so maybe if you get other things they aren't good but this works for meJimmyJohn's also had kickin ranch which was the ultimate dipping sauce but unfortunately it is no moreThis is really sad but they have jalapeño ranch which is close and pretty good tooRegardless of anything 5/5 stars for pickle

Jimmy John"s is strangely my favorite fast food Sandwich place. Im embarrassed to admit, but I've had Jimmy Johns too many times to count since they are great for a quick sandwich. But this Lake forest location is the worst, getting worse by the week and will NEVER go back. Last week they forgot the turkey in my son's turkey sandwich, that's like leaving McDonald's with no patty in the burger. Who does this? I complained online and they sent me a free sandwich reward. Kids wanted it again this week and I had a free sub coupon, so I said begrudgingly ok, let's give them one more shot. This time I ordered a lettuce wrap, they call it the Unwich, which I have had many times. Usually it's neatly wrapped in the same shape as their sandwiches with bread. OMG, it came out like a dirty lettuce mess. I will attach pics, but it looked like a kindergarten first time making a salad project mess. Needless to say, I tossed it in the trash. The pictures will be self explanatory. I will never be back to this location!

I've come here twice and will not be returning. Worst customer service! Employees too lazy.. ordered a chicken wrap, guy said " I can't make any wraps and we're out of tuna". Another time, the cashier was standing around as I waited to pay for my order, dragging her feet to ring me up. Both times this location was completely dead and food disappointing. Better off going to Firehouse Subs and Jersey Mikes.

The 2nd time I've ordered on the app only to be told it will be at least 30 minutes wait for my 1 sandwich. Both times there's been only one person working who's actually overworked. I imagine the manager is pleased with his low payroll, but I will never order from this location again.

Absolutely awful experience. Waited 15 minutes for someone to even start taking orders from the people in line. There was a customer on the phone that they couldn't figure out. Two people making sandwiches but do not take orders. Once she started taking orders, the person was clearly not in the right state of mind. Finally ordered. 20 minutes later and we still don't have sandwiches. They are now telling people it will be 20 minutes BUT that was not told to us. So now we wait for our $15 per person sandwiches... No acknowledgment of any delay, no apologies that we even exist. Just can't understand how service could be this poor with no communication. Will definitely not be coming back to this location.

I visited jimmy johns today with my gf and upon arrival the only employee working was screaming vulgar words and punched the register . It made us both very uneasy so we left. Very unfortunate and uncomfortable experience. Disappointed to say the least.

I'd love to put one of my usual scathing reviews but this place actually has great food - way above places named after public transportation. But the problem here is the sequencing.I came in to order a single sandwich. It took 25 minutes - I could have almost gone to a sitdown restaurant for that wait.. I was 2nd in line. Why? Because they were filling a number of online orders.Now as a business - who are you going to focus attention on - those who order remotely - or those who have the temerity to actually go in the location?There is a very simple and scientific solution to this problem. Queue theory. Don't fill each order sequentially. If you get a large online order and one person is waiting for a small order - it takes almost the same net time for the big order to get filled if you put in one or two individual orders in the mix.Same thing goes for little Timmy's baseball team. Let the individual orders get in the mix without having to wait for 12 people. It's not hard - it does not materially affect the wait time for the larger orders but everyone can be happy.
