I got the goods! Lol! Only my 2nd time ever having JJ so their special promo today worked for me and countless others across the US. Today, 3/4/25, Corporate gave away $1 million in toasted sandwiches. The average one is about $12. This location is bright and spacious. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. However, parking is horrendous -- very limited and dangerous due to how reckless people drive there.The staff was peaceful, patient, positive and persevering, but they couldn't keep up with their orders. They were an hour behind the promised pick up time.I haven't tried the sandwich yet, but will soon.

Yelp says 2 stars = "Could've been better"I love the sandwiches, the friendly staff, the speed at which they make our sandwiches, but I'm done with attempting to add PAID extras on my take out orders. This has happened a couple of times already. Paying $2.49 for a few slices of bacon makes it a luxury item, it hurts when you don't get it when you open it up back at the office.

Love their sandwiches! Bread is so good. I like their adding extra condiments when asked. Their app makes it real easy to customize your sandwich.Very friendly staff. This Irvine location has comfortable seating inside and out.

A busy restaurant at lunch time is a sign of good food! Ordered the Italian sandwich in Giant size and I got two massive sandwiches. Delicious and filling. Very easy to order from the app or website. Recommend this when the restaurant is busy.

I have ordered from this location on multiple occasions and each occasion the sandwiches were well prepared, fresh, and delivered fast. The prices are fair and if you sign up for rewards, they add up quickly. I have never had an order error so it appears the staff is well trained.

Terrible business. I ordered a plain, bread and turkey Jimmy Johns sandwhich. Of course when my son took a bite, he started crying. It was just bread. HOW DO YOU MESS THAT UP? Wow Jimmy's, do better. Send me a voucher or something because this is terrible. My kids will starve!

Food - dine in or take away for you Brits or take out for us Yanks. Lots of good sub type sandwiches and wraps. I love the Vito or spicy Italian among others. Just hits the spot. Top these sandwiches with a cookie and an ice cold nugget iced Coke, and heaven is just a freaky fast away!!Service - it's a fast food place so order in and they'll be happy to take your order at the order counter. And you'll get called when your order is ready. They are freaky fast!Ambiance - bar height, regular table height and shared plaza outdoor seating if you may.Verdict - way better than that sub national chain, hands down!! Good sandwiches and good bread that keeps ya coming back for more. So it's good!

Pretty upsetting location! Gave me the wrong sandwich and charged me bacon on 2 sandwiches but didn't get the bacon on either.. I wish you could watch them make your order so the 15 minute drive wasn't a waste of my time and money. I like Jimmy John's but this location needs to do better!
