Staff:The team here was really nice. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and apologetic for a couple of hiccups we experienced. Unfortunately, they don't wear name tags so I cannot highlight anyone specifically. We did have 2 issues with our order. The first was forgetting to add tomatoes in my wife's sandwich and then forgetting to add bacon in mine. Luckily, we dined in so we were able ask for it easily. They were very kind and apologetic for the errors. This did not upset me, but worth noting. My biggest complaint is mentioned below under ambiance. Quality: Food here like their other locations was fresh, high quality, and overall tasty. Value:Prices are fair and in line with other food options of this type. Ambiance:Unfortunately, this is where my biggest issue was. The entire time we were eating inside an Uber Eats delivery man was on a FaceTime call talking extremely loud and pacing around the entrance. My first instinct was to ask him nicely to stop but as a customer I shouldn't have to. The business should be aware of major disruptions and address the issue for their customers. Others were visibly annoyed with the guy. Overall:The restaurant was clean, the staff nice, and conveniently located so I would give them another try. I really hope the store reads this and trains the staff on how to address a disruptive customer for future guests of their store.

Good area, clean and smells good on the inside. philly cheesesteak was good for what it was, staff is super friendly. Would be happy to go here again, but the parking is so tough at times thanks to South Coast Plaza.

I'm in love with their Philly cheese steak sandwich they make, friendly staff and fresh veggies. Try it if you like hot sandwich!

Unfortunately, the service tonight fell short. Our sandwich maker prepared my husband's sandwich with plenty of ingredients but didn't clean the knife used. For my sandwich, he opted to switch in a different bread than what I ordered. Why? It's not something I wouldn't notice when I ate it; it's obvious. Worse yet, the bread I did receive was raw at the center in one half. I ended up taking it apart with a knife and fork to consume. Unappealing and disappointing. Scant toppings, too. It'd been kind of a long time since I've had a sandwich here, and this doesn't inspire me to come back.

Just had a Mater Dei High School lunch/meeting with more than 75 people in attendance and purchased the sandwiches from Jersey Mike's on Bristol St. What wonderful service from Michael Spann the GM who was a great help in recommending the various combinations what work best. The order was ready exactly on time and was error free. Michael was very professional and a credit to the Jersey Mike's organization.

My husband has just picked up the sandwiches. We ordered the larger ones. They forgot to add steak in my portabella cheese steak sandwich. Disappointing

My wife and I stopped in for someplace different for a weeknight dinner. So happy we stopped in at Jersey Mike's! And the store was clean and well-kept and the employees very friendly. Our sandwiches were made quickly and exactly as we asked. By the way they were absolutely delicious! Thank you!

I placed an order for our office and they were missing two sandwiches, two 3-packs of cookies and none of the chips that I selected were delivered. I tried to resolve this issue and called them. Although I understand that using Doordash is a 3rd party that I will need to go through for resolution, but the response from the person who answered was that they are busy and that's why my order is missing stuff. No help and all and will never use this store again, especially when an entire office is waiting on their food.

Jersey Mike's does not ever disappoint! My wife and I have been going to Jersey Mike's for about 10 years now and the reason we keep coming back is because the quality stays the same. We used to be all about subway but when we first had a sub at JM's, we noticed the huge difference in the quailty of the bread, meats, ingredients and overall customer service from JM's. Not to mention the store we go to is always clean, organized and the workers are always quick to get you on your way or serve you your food to eat there. The selection of sandwiches is also something that I've always liked at JM's because they have philly cheese steaks, tuna sandwhiches or chicken sandwiches so there's an option for everyone. We will not be returning to subway for as long as Jersey Mike's stays open, and we hope it stays there forever! To anyone who wants a delicious sandwich, do not doubt on coming to eat at Jersey Mike's because you won't regret it one bit. Btw the number 13. Original Italian is my personal favorite, give it a try!
