I love the sandwiches here, and the workers here are nice. But their bathroom was very dirty and stinky. I hope it's just a bad day for them.

Decent enough sandwiches, but the last three times I've used on-line ordering the sandwiches aren't done when at the time they said they'd be. Last time I gave them an extra 15 min based on my previous experience. It did not help.Don't provide such optimistic pickup times if you can't hit them.

Placed an online for pick up at 7:02pm.When I got there I informed them has mobile order and they said we're working on it.As I was sitting on a chair waiting, several customers come in and the worker completely stopped working on my order.My pick up time said 7:17pmThey started helping them, making their orders.I had to ask when are they I going to start finishing my order?I look at my time and it's 7:33pm. Finally my order was done.Only ordered 2 sandwiches.The staff didn't apologize for the delay and can care less.Their demeanor and service was not to par.For a fast food place you should at least be able to have some care of knowledge on customer service and multitask. To make matters worse there was cockroach just hanging out in the dining area.It was a pretty big noticeable cockroach.The experience it's a very not par and very questionable of how they're managed and if their location is clean/It's pretty gross.

I can't even begin to describe how terrible this location is. I placed an online order for pick up, and arrived at the designated time that was given to me. As soon as I arrived, i noticed they were a bit busy so i gave them a couple minutes to finish their transactions before I let them know I had arrived for my order. 12:13 PM was my pickup time. Sounds simple right? Think again when coming here. I sat there for a good 20 minutes, watching them watch 30+ sandwiches, take/give out other online orders before I asked again for the status of my order. I was told "oh we're bagging it up now". What a fat lie. I waited another 10 minutes. So after waiting 30 minutes in store for sandwiches i placed online 20 minutes prior to that, I do not recommend this location to anyone. I work in the service industry, and I understand that your place of work can get very busy and overwhelming, but to blatantly LIE and make me wait is absolutely ridiculous and unappreciative. I would have been more understanding if the staff was honest, but they weren't. It just goes to show their work ethic and integrity as human beings. So disappointing. Do better next time.

This location is great. I had a poor experience at the location on Newport in Tustin, but then came over to this spot and was far more satisfied. I was helped by Gaby and she was fantastic, she took great care of me after hearing it didn't go so well at the other location. She went above and beyond to be sure I was satisfied and make a delicious sandwich. Definitely come here over the one on Newport Ave in Tustin.

Beyond Rude Staff!!! Emily was working (10/12/24) and bringing bags to the front and I asked her if my food was ready... she kept ignoring me. The guy next to me said yes I've been standing here for a while. My food was supposed to be ready at 12:30... then I walked over to the side, and I said, excuse me, I see there are a bunch of bags behind the counter, I was wondering when you guys were going to call out the names so the togo order people can leave and I said I know you guys are busy (because they had a bunch of people in there waiting in line & a ton of people waiting for orders that were just sitting behind the counter)... Emily's response was so ridiculously rude with attitude and completely uncalled for. She said, " Yeah, we're busy!!! You need to step back!" I just walked away and went over and waited. I don't have time for rude nasty people. I'm a grown-up that has children to feed as we have been working all day moving out of our house. My order said it would be ready at 12:23. I didn't get my order until 12:52. If you order online here, you can guarantee that your order will not be ready. The 12:30 order was ready and he left 10 minutes before I did. So it also Felt like there was retaliation involved.

Based on the past subpar Yelp reviews by others, we were concerned but pleasantly surprised by the speed of service, quality of our yummy original Italian sandwiches made to our specs, and friendly customer service. Ordered in person and the restaurant was crowded but clean and sandwich ingredients were fresh. Don't know if it was the store owner or manager who was also working behind the counter but he was helping out and making sure things were running smoothly. This place has been around for years so it must be consistently good. Will definitely go back again soon.

Ordered a chicken cheese steak on rosemary, add brown mustard. Was asked what kind of bread three times, and after waiting 20+ minutes went up to the counter and couldn't get anyone's attention for 5+ minutes, finally walked around to the order side to get someone's attention and asked about my order. Came a few minutes later, Took it home, it was regular cheese steak (not chicken), white bread, no mustard.

While the food is OK, they can't seem to figure out online orders and how to process them. Placed an order went to go get it sent my son and told him they were still working on it. This was 10 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready then he was still standing in there for another 10 minutes when I finally went in they had lost the order. Couldn't even find it. They need to figure it out. You're probably won't be using this Jersey Mike's anymore. I'll go to the one that's a little further away from my house cause at least the order will be ready even if it does take me longer to get there.

Amazing catering by Jersey Mikes team! Easy to call in order with manager the day before, food ready right on time helpful staff helped load into my car. 20 hungry and satisfied teen boys who loved the sandwiches for team dinner!
