Jersey Mike's Subs

This is our go to for subs. Always good. Fresh. My low rating today is mainly for the item itself from what the employee told us. We always get the Philly on their yummy bread. This time I decided to get the Philly as a wrap. BIG MISTAKE! Seems like a rip off. It's super tiny! Literally 4". This should not be the same price. We call the store to make sure this wasn't the smaller side, and the employee tried to explain (still made zero sense) that the size was correct.

DOORDASH ORDER! Quick order, quick and accurate preparation. The order was ready for pick up fast.Very well packaged, everything arrived well. Both subs tasted ok. My wife's buffalo seemed like it was drenched with buffalo sauce, which made it soggy, very messy. Way too much sauce. We've ordered this same sub from other Jersey's locations, non of them have had this unnecessary amount of sauce. (Maybe is just a personal preference)But other than that, the subs did taste good. My wife didn't get to eat her whole sub (Just too soggy at the end), but from what she and I tasted, subs were good. Ingredients were fresh. Good seasoning, other than the sauce lol.

Picked up a sub from here this past Friday and this place never does me wrong. Always good and hot, best sub place hands down!

They've got it down! With the hustle, bustle of lunchtime and schools out, the location was packed. However, the team had a flow that worked very well. Service was very quick despite my stumbled order. I was having trouble figuring out the difference between the turkey sub and the turkey club and the poor crewmember was confused as heck. My fault from the start, but he was patient despite having the long line of people and the order was right. The food was prepared quickly to my liking and I paid 14 bucks. This is the place to go for a quick delicious lunch that is reasonable in price and friendly.. The parking lot is small, but the service is quick. Good job team and thank you for being friendly, even though I was completely fumbling my order.Thanks!

So as a chain I like Jersey Mikes but this location, not so much. First of all - this regular gf sandwich is $14 ok...so I expect a well topped sandwich with decent bread...not old dry crusty bread that you can barely chew. This sandwich was thrown together with a sprinkling of toppings. Sorely disappointed and annoyed...$14 people. And gf is smaller or at least feels that way so please dont be stingy. Sheesh. And they couldn't even cut the bread?

Different workers now, with a very silent vibe..have been waiting 30 mins for 2 sandwiches. Then the girl cooking gets the order wrong so I correct it and she gets mad at me! THROWS the sandwiches to the side when I told her only 1 was incorrect . Yes she threw them. Then began remaking the other sandwich angrily.. if you hate your job this much move on ! Accidents happen geez

This particular location for Jersey Mike's can be pretty hit or miss. I've had subs that have come from here that were just completely awesome, some that were just a salty soggy mess, and everything in between.At times the wait doesn't match what you're promised even though you ordered ahead on the mobile app, which can be a bummer and normally occurs during the busier hours. In store customers appear to be prioritized and I totally get that.Avoid ordering later since those are the times where the sandwiches are normally pretty awful and a sad mess.TIP: Italian is my favorite.

Great sandwiches great service But the manager tends to b rude and unfriendly whenever we visit However She is a hard worker and a good mgr but the Prices are way too high and they tend to forget certain ingredients (like bacon)when requested Their Philly cheesesteak sandwich is excellent

We have been ordering online for a while now and the sandwiches have consistently been good and made on time. We appreciate the fact that they open at 10am. We have picked up sandwiches by 10:15/10:30-which we can bring to the airport or send with my son whose shift starts at 11am.

Everyone working here is so depressed, no smiles just extremely unhappy and disgruntled attitudes. We asked for a simple substitution on a sandwich and the worker just responded with "no" and did not offer any other options.
