Another amazing culinary event today : six inch wheat tuna w "mikes way " fixins Just perfect !99 degrees in sunny socal and still the joint was jumpin !Service perfect . Staff:They had nice staff. Quality/Quantity:Good quality and fresh sandwiches here. Standard sized sandwiches so nothing unique about this. Value:FairOverall:The experience was good with only one hiccup. When ordering I asked for no cheese. Luckily I was watching as the prepared the food as they added cheese.

I love this place! Everyone was so helpful and nice. My sandwich was absolutely delicious, however the thing that stood out to me was the employee Forrest. He was so sweet, accommodating, and extremely efficient. There was also a "Karen" inside that all the employees handled very professionally.

The cost has gone up at JM's. I had one Giant #17 cheese steak sandwich for $20.00 ( a Giant used to be $14.00) and a regular Turkey with cheese. Total $32.22. That's insane for 2 sandwiches and a lot of bread. And no extra meat or cheese. The food was good but won't be going back with these prices.

Five stars for customer service:) today is my birthday and I wasn't able to get the birthday coupon in time. I called in and spoke with Jose. He was very kind and let me get my free sub anyways:) I will absolutely be a regular here from now on! I love the food here as well, very tasty especially the bread! Beats subway every time! Kindness goes a long way in my book it's truly hard to find great customer service these days. Thank you Jose for helping to make my birthday special:)

Jersey Mikes always provides great service and quality sandwiches. My husband and I came around 1:30pm and waited about 5 minutes for our sandwiches to be made. The ambiance is usually mellow, unless arriving during lunch rush which then can become crammed due to small area for the line to form. Overall, very satisfied when we come here for lunch!
