My favorite spot for a Jersey Italian sub! The customer service here is top-notch, and the subs are always high quality, packed with generous fillings.The place is clean, neat, and wheelchair accessible, with plenty of parking. I personally love the outdoor seating. The staff is always super friendly, making every visit a great experience. I prefer ordering in person, but online ordering is also an option.The ambiance is fun and lively, definitely a go-to spot for a great sub!

Likes:+ Polite staff.+ Plenty parking, but often crowded. Tip: try the back. + Fast service. + Conveniently located right by the 405.Non-likes:- Ordered 10 min ahead via app. When I arrived, they still haven't started making the sandwich. And there was no other customer there! The point of ordering ahead is the food's supposed to be ready before the customer arrives. Disappointed.

I like this location! During lunch, parking can get tricky and the line could be a bit long. Good thing there's app ordering! I would suggest you order on your app and swing by to pick up to avoid the line. My go to is the Club Sandwich with the crispy bacon. I'll do the Mike's way and add mustard. I'll also ask for the pickle chili sauce on the side. Love that flavor combo! If you have a rewards account, it's awesome! Get points for your delicious sandwiches. The staff was also friendly and accommodating with my side request despite them being slammed with orders and patrons in line.

Terrible service here. Came here during lunch to pick up a sub I ordered. No signs to show where the pick up area is. Staff look like they hate their lives, especially the lady behind the cash register who ignored me the entire time. Only for someone in the line to advise where the pick up area was. Will not be returning, many other sandwich places around with better service.

I always get their Italian sub on rosemary.I really like this location for Jersey Mike's because there is outdoor seating!And the tables are kept clean..the property manager here has a designated staff to clean out door tables shared by other restaurants.Jersey Mike's is one of favorite places for subs. The meat is freshly sliced. And having it The Mike's way just add more sandwich goodness because of the red wine vinegar and olive oil that adds another level of flavor.It's a chain. It's predictable how their sandwich will taste. And it's overall good!.

It's my Birthday today, and I had just read a list of food chain places online that give free items on your special day that DONT require the use of their app, so I came here. It was one free regular sandwich and 22 oz drink. Well I didn't feel very special when after showing them my ID with birthdate, they said they don't give free sandwiches. They said I did have enough shore points to cash in for a free one, I'd just have to pay for my drink, that was supposed to come free too. Little disappointed about this. Why advertise that you do and then dont?

Every time I order on DoorDash this store gets my order wrong. I ordered the California Club and it only had turkey, lettuce and onions. No bacon l, tomato or avocado. Not happy
