Jersey Mike's Subs

I visited Jersey Mike's last Wednesday after receiving a coupon from the new manager, which encouraged me to try them out. I came close to closing time, so there was no one else there, which allowed me to get a parking spot right up front. Two employees helped me with my order. I decided to ask one of them for recommendations, and he gave me a couple of choices to choose from. Ultimately, I decided on the Club Supreme since I'm a meat lover.Throughout the process of making the sandwich, the cashier was very friendly and engaged in a lot of small talk with me. When another customer came in, the other cashier took over, and he was also very pleasant.Despite the place seeming clean, I didn't want to eat there since I was the only one there and it was late, so I decided to take out instead.I found the portions to be quite large. I probably should have saved some for another day, especially since it was late at night, but it was so good that I ended up eating it all.Overall, a solid choice for a sandwich and exceptional customer service. I'm happy with my visit to Jersey Mike's.

There must be something in the Pepsi at this specific location. If you want a solid sandwich, go to Jersey Mike's. If you want a solid sandwich with extra love and smiles, go to this Jersey Mike's. It doesn't take long being in the shop to know this crew just cares more. Every time I go here they're laughing and full of good energy, always asking how you're doing and what you're up to. It's nothing but good vibes here.Definitely an experience to be present for. Don't send a DoorDasher, don't have your face in your phone.P.S. To the lady behind me who ordered a giant tuna fish sandwhich--I salute you!

It's the best. I love the Italian, or number 13. Mikes way but add the tomatoes last, light on the oil and vin.. if you know you know, extra lettuce and mayo. I also really like the club and get it with a side of honey mustard. It's unreal....

I regularly visit jersey mikes and have always had a great experience especially at this location. today i ordered off uber eats because i am extremely under the weather. mistakes happen and i believe my correct sandwich was accidentally switched or misplaced so i received something different. i was very disappointed being sick and not eating once yet. uber eats was being pretty difficult to get a resolution so i called jersey mikes directly. i ended up speaking with the manager Tom and explaining what happened. Tom went above and beyond to make things right and made sure i got the correct sandwich. i really hope upper management and other higher ups at Jersey Mikes realize what a gem them found with Tom. how he treats customers and ensures a great customer experience is very impressive and should be recognized. thank you tom!!!

This place is clean and staff was so nice, made me the most delicious fresh Italian sub ever and the vanilla cream soda was so so good. Highly recommend!

One of the supervisors at this location named Matt Scott made the best sandwich I've ever had. He embodied everything that Jersey Mikes is about. He made me a giant club sub that looked better than the commercials. What an incredible experience.

The service here is incredible. I go there sometimes because I work a couple doors down and every time the employees are so kind. One of them even saw me walking with my fiancé hours after I was there and when he said hello he even remembered what I ordered! They are great to the community and really kind.

Cullen deserves to be employee of the month (or the century)!!! He is the nicest young man that I've ever observed. I sat inside the restaurant tonight, and I listened to the way he talked to customers. I was so impressed by the way he genuinely enjoyed speaking with everyone in the sandwich line. He was able to connect with every person that he helped--and I just had to give him a shoutout! Thank you for being so kind Cullen.

This review is for the exceptional staff at this location! Everyone I spoke to here was so kind and helpful! Jersey Mikes is always solid but this sandwich was especially fresh. I will be back!
