Jerry's Sandwich Shop

I have been here before. Their sandwiches are excellent. I especially like the chicken and avocado. Their bread is soft and the food is flavorful. You order at counter, they offer bagged chips, fountain drinks, and bottled drinks. The parking can be a little bit of a bear at lunchtime. The seating inside is limited and have a couple of umbrella tables outside.

Very good sandwiches but not the most spectacular I've ever had. Very fresh and filling but honestly I could make these sandwiches at home. Their chips and drink selection is pretty good. Plenty of things to choose from. I got the Turkey Avocado and it was good. The owners are very nice and attentive. They give great service. The prices here are very reasonable and fair. Not too many tables to sit at. If it's busy you might not get a seat but we did.

My favorite sandwich place! I work right around the corner and come here at least once a week (often more than once). Both Jerry and his wife are so kind and remember me everytime. The service is top notch. It is so cute inside and is the perfect sandwich shop in this business center. Their beverage fridge is always stocked and they even have red bull which I need almost daily. They also gave a good selection of chips. I came in the other morning for a bagel and it was also so good, I added tomato and it was perfect. My husband who isn't a big sandwich person loves their tuna melt the best and meets me for lunch just to have it.

This is my favorite mom and pop style shop in OC. I've been a patron for years now and Jerry and his wife always happily greet me when I come in. I really appreciate that they take the time to talk about our personal lives. My go-to smoothies rotate between taro, honeydew, and avocado. I appreciate how unique the flavors are and how consistently great they are. For food, I typically get the vegetarian sandwich, but add turkey on top. I love how they are always happy to customize anything for you. I've never had anything bad here. Jerry and his wife never miss

I love coming to Jerry's for a taro smoothie or sandwich. The taro smoothie makes your mouth water. I've tried the ham and cheese and vegetarian sandwiches and they were both delicious. Jerry and his wife make the visit memorable every time. They are hospitable and upbeat and they treat you like a friend when you walk in the door. I will keep coming to Jerry's for a long time.

What a wonderful sandwich shop. The owner is the most positive upbeat person. He makes you feel like a good friend. Sandwiches are fresh and they have the best prices in Newport. Highly recommend for a quick lunch in the area.

First time in this place and I love it! I ordered a Turkey club with avocado and it was delicious. Super fresh. The service is very good and quick. The price was very reasonable (only 8 dollars!) The parking lot is a little bit tricky but you have to enter in Campus (not Quail) Totally worth the drive.

I Love Sandwiches and I love the classic "mom n pop" sandwich shop! Jerry's bakes a variety of bread fresh and all the classics (egg salad, tuna) are as good as you would expect. There is a reason it's been here 40 years! I'll be a regular!
