Jam Jam Tea Lab

One of my favorite boba shops lately! If you usually get drinks at 70-80% sweetness at other shops, I think that this shop's 100% sweetness is perfect. I love their fruity drinks best.Got their Coconut Mango Pomelo, Tropical Smash, Green Grape Smash, and White Peach Milk Tea (not pictured)!- Coconut Mango Pomelo: One of my go-to's here! Refreshing, sweet, and delicious! On par with HeyTea 's version without the long wait, but less sweet than HeyTea's. A solid choice here!- Tropical Smash: Another one of my go-to's! Very refreshing but it is more like juice than tea at 100% sweetness. This drink I think is less tea forward compared to Green Grape Smash. Nice to drink on a sunny day!- Green Grape Smash: This is one of the popular drinks here, but I'm not convinced yet perhaps because I tried it at 75% sweetness or that I don't prefer grape drinks. At 75% sweetness, it's more tea forward, and I barely taste the green grape.- White Peach Milk Tea: Yum! Subtle white peach flavor but still fragrant! Tried it recently, and I think that it will become another go-to of mine when I want milk tea. 100% sweetness is perfect for me!Overall, this is a great boba shop, especially when it comes to fresh fruit drinks! Price is pretty average for most boba shop nowadays, so for quality and price, I say that here is definitely worth the stop!

Jam Jam Tea Lab is hands down one of the best boba tea spots in Orange County -- if not all of Southern California. The quality, flavor, and attention to detail easily compete with top-tier shops in Taiwan and even surpass well-known chains like Yi Fang and Gong Cha.Their jasmine green tea and grapefruit green tea are unmatched, with the perfect balance of citrusy brightness and refreshing tea notes. Every drink here is crafted with precision, from the tea base to the boba texture, ensuring a consistently excellent experience.The interior is charming and aesthetically pleasing, but it's not the most ideal spot for studying due to limited seating and a more social atmosphere. However, that's a small tradeoff for the caliber of drinks they offer.If I said I moved to Irvine just for Jam Jam's boba, it wouldn't be much of a stretch. This place sets the gold standard for boba in SoCal.

Jam Jam is the jam... I know that is not an original tagline for this amazing tea shop. It may be the jammiest of tea shops in this area of Irvine. They offer an extensive menu of different teas and beverages. I'm the type of person who likes a deep tea taste if I get a pure tea. I like a creamy top if I'm getting cheese foam. I like a balanced milk tea when I go that direction. Jam Jam hits all those marks. On this occasion, I saw a sign for barley boba milk tea! Absolutely love that drink and have only seen it at 3Cat. I ordered Jam Jam's version and it is very good. I may have a new favorite drink here. Their coconut mango pomelo is also very good... so good that one of my co-workers was double fisting two at the same time. Orders via kiosk. I feel that is typical now at most boba shops. They do take their time to make the drinks, but I get it as some of the drinks look complicated to make. I've been here on the weekends also and they are busy!!The location is in a small center with a McDonald's, El Pollo Loco and many small local shops and restaurants. That being said, parking can get very tricky during peak times. We usually go when the shop is open at 11:00am to avoid the congestion. The indoor seating area is limited, but very comfortable to hang out.Please come and visit and create your own experience.

Sis and I driving down to OC from NorCal to meet with some fam buuut had to make a pit stop here first. :p Highly-rated boba shop *with* cute branding = a must-try for me.So glad the drinks didn't disappoint. Passion fruit smash was refreshing and was accurately at 25% sweetness as requested. Pretty tasty cheese barley milk tea too with real barley pieces acting as boba pearls with them having a soft chew and all (neat concept!). Also appreciated that the "cheese" part wasn't overly salty at all and instead more straightforward-cream-like. Overall it had a nice subtle roast-y flavor to it.Free logo sticker with any purchase and free logo keychain with a purchase of 2+ drinks!

This is such a cute boba shop. I love how open and bright this place is . A perfect spot to hang out with friends and enjoy some boba tea. They have an ordering kiosk that you can use to order your boba or you can order at the cash register with a cashier. The person that was helping us made it quick and simple to order our tea . I got the dragon fruit tea and the Thai Brulee ( this one is my favorite ) I love how the Thai brûlée tasted ! It tasted like a very sweet Thai tea amazing . The dragon fruit one wasn't my favorite I guess cause the tea wasn't sweet enough for me but it was refreshing . The drinks my husband I don't remember what he got but he enjoyed both of em ..I'd definitely come back to try their other boba drink flavors they have to offer . Thank you Jam Jam for amazing boba

I'm a huge fan of Jam Jam Tea Lab. All their drinks are made with fresh fruit purées or jams and it really does make a difference in the taste. My go to is the green grape smash its super refreshing and has a great balance of sweetness, acidity, and tea taste. We also got the mango matcha and it's definitely one of the best we have had. Bold matcha taste with refreshing mango that isn't too sweet. We also enjoy the variety of milk options and ability to customize sweetness. I've been a couple times now and the wait times vary based on peak times. The shortest I've waited is 5 minutes and the longest I've waited is 40 minutes. I would say if you're aiming to get a drink on a weekend or the evening definitely look into online ordering. They also have a good amount of seating and the space is super cute and comfortable to be in but during busy times it can be very hard to find a table with people studying/hanging out. Parking can be hectic but it's a big lot so you will be able to find a spot just might have to walk a tiny bit to get to the storefront.Overall Jam Jam Tea Lab is a boba shop I can go to over and over again. Their extensive menu makes sure that I can get a comforting go to or go out of my comfort zone to try something new. I think this is one of the best boba shops in Irvine and arguably the best place to get fruit teas.

We arrived around 2pm on a week day and ordered at the kiosk. The dinks were ready in like 5 minutes. The inside is pretty decently sized with tables.I'm not really a fan of boba pearls, but the boba in the Oreo Cream Boba were truly amazing. The texture was gooey and perfect. The drink itself tasted like I was drinking a cookies and cream flavored melted ice cream (awesome!). I got 25% sweetness and wouldn't want to go higher. I also added a shot of coffee for $1 to give it a little kick.The Coconut Mango Pomelo was also very tasty. Will definitely come back when in the area.The

Wow this place just raised my standards for boba.My friend that now lives in OC put me on this spot! They haven't even been opened for a year yet too. Place is super modern and clean. Staff are friendly.You could order on kiosk or with the cashier. I got their #4 oreo and it comes with boba. My friend got their new oolong mt drink. I like how I was able to adjust sweetness for the oreo but i knew it was gonna be super sweet if it was past 25%. The boba was super good, perfect chewniness ans sweetness. Friend also mentioned that the boba has been the most consistent out of other shops she tried. Love their to-go bags too! A must visit to come to this shop (: - supporting small business

Gardenia milk tea with cheese foam was very aromatic, very refreshing and nice to drink. Would 100%get it again. I like my drinks sweet and I would say 100% sweet want that sweet. The cheese foam was not the strong but i liked thatThai milk tea with caramel brulee was unique in that it had nutty tones which I was surprised by. It was pretty busy and had spacious seating area. Would go back to try the other drinks. You order thru their ipad tablet as well
