I never write reviews but this is terrible. I get to the window so that the cashier can tell me to back up until my orders ready. Like your drive thru times are the only thing you need to worry about. I get moved back up to the window and I asked for 1 bbq for my 4 tacos, only to be told it's a .27 charge. If I want condiments that the taco sauce is free. What kind of bullshit is this? By reading the reviews clearly I'm not the only one that's had this issue..

I visited the drive thru today. Stated that I did NOT want mustard on my burger and ordered 2 tacos. Cashier repeated the order back to me and the menu screen stated NO MUSTARD. Burger had mustard. I went back and told Maria that my order was wrong. She asked me what I ordered, I told her and she said that I did get the #2. I said he's, but I asked for no mustard and that I also ordered 2 tacos. I was not charged for them and she asked if I wanted to purchase them. Not one time did she say "I'm sorry for messing up your order." Another customer was waiting to talk to them as well for also messing up her order.Accountability needs to be taken. Very poor customer service.

We just ate a delicious lunch from this restaurant. Who would have known Jack in the Box has chicken wings? They were absolutely delicious. The food and service here are always good. Now that they've added Parmesan Wings to the menu,, well you've got to try some. We're totally impressed. BEST restaurant quality ever! Thanks to the staff for their fast service!

Just left the drive thru, and the sauces I requested and paid for weren't in the order. This would have been a minor annoyance a few years ago when the prices were better, but you guys are charging way too much to be making stupid mistakes. I asked at the drive thru window if everything was there, and was treated like I was annoying the guys working the window.
