I always ask for my jumbo jacks to be prepared in a certain way and use taco lettuce and they always do it for me and the ladies are really cool and kind of cute. Thanks for the good job ladies.

This jack always messed up my food or missing something in my order. I understand if it happened once or twice but everytime???! SMH Oh and also, there were two cars ahead of me and I waited 25-30 mins!!! Someone need check on these workers and redo some overall training at this location.

I ordered through the app, got there they were closed, hours not correct on the app. Spoke to the manager Aaron who told me to come in for a full refund... cool beans except when I got there the woman claiming to be the manager refused to give me my money back, even though I provided her with my order number and confirmation email. She refused to speak to me and told the other girl in Spanish to get rid of me. I have never been treated with such disrespect and unprofessionalism! This woman has absolutely no business being in any position of authority and needs some serious training on how to treat people. She finally said she would give me a free taco! I told her I didn't want her taco I wanted my refund for the food I was charged for and never got. Seriously??? A taco? Don't hurt yourself giving! I feel like this location literally stole my money... I will never go here again. Shame on you!!! Maybe choose kindness and treat people like you want to be treated!

If I can give this place 0 starts I would! This place sucks! Specially in the morning! This lady that's at the drive thru OLIVIA, ALWAYS gives your the wrong order ALWAYS! She " repeats it" but you can't understand a word she says I check when I get my order and as usual, she gets it wrong she doesn't want to exchange because according to her, she repeated the order and if she does, she makes you go back to the end of the line to get the correct order you originally order! I never write negative reviews about any place but she has done it to me way too many times. It's my fault for coming back but today as I'm driving with my order is my last time coming here!!
