Jack in the Box

Absolutely REMARKABLE!!! I don't expect much from eating out at a fast food restaurant, but I have to say this Jack in the Box is very TOP NOTCH !! Not only the friendly service stood out to me, but the tacos here are legit crunchy, meaty, and filled with a lot of lettuce. I can instantly tell the tacos were fresh and the cook cares for the customer. Great management and a great team!! 10-stars here !!

Went here on a Boy Scout biking trip when we did 40 miles from Anaheim to Newport Beach pier and made this, to my chagrin, our lunch stop. I saw Chronic Tacos on Yelp but had no idea how close it was, being in the same damn shopping center. My eyes suck and I didn't even see it on the shopping center's sign until after I ordered.We were among the last in our group to order and although the receipt on our order says Escoto I don't mean to sound racist when I think the young African American high school aged cashier I got is probably not named Escoto. I could be wrong. I came in looking for something for my vegetarian son knowing full well I had no business doing that in a Jack in the Box, prepared to be met with rude side comments, but this young man was so courteous and patient. That alone gives this place the extra 2 stars. Ordered the mint shake and large curly fries for my son, then got the sourdough Jack combo with onion rings for myself. All came out made to order and decent for what they are. Doesn't make sense coming into a fast food chain expecting it not to be greasy. It is what it is and hit the spot. Bathroom isn't the best but got the job done for what we needed before going back, and service from the nice young gentleman cashier made it an uneventful but enjoyable experience yesterday at 1PM, even though we're gonna hit up Chronic Tacos next time, now that I know it's there!

They should have NO STARS!#3171 I stopped here to get 2 tacos on way home from Wedge First taco was ok you can tell they reheated it up 2nd taco i threw it all up. Due to bunch of hair tangle up in my teeth it seams like if they where try'n to pay someone back. I know it wasn't my hair cause it's pulled up tight. I tried to called them to inform them but VOICE MAIL BOX wasn't set up. What waste of my money to stop get taco full of someone hair. Thats freaking GROSS.Funny part i never had a problem there when i go to wedge.PLEASE WEAR YOUR HAIR NETSOR. STOP BEING FUNNY MISSING AROUND WITH PEOPLES FOOD..

U have not been to Jack In The Box in years! Was driving by and thought about their deep fried tacos, amazingly good. Not the healthiest but super tasty:) and fries were crunchy and good!

I am leaving at 7:12pm May 25th so management can back track this service Came to eat inside of my car jack in box.I ordered a number 10 (spicy chicken sandwich combo) with cheese.My order was given to me as a beef burger combo number 4 I told the cashier about the mistake and he went to the cook to re-fire. I didn't see him ask for the cook with cheese so I asked the cashier again "with cheese?" He said, "yes I told him."I received a Chicken sandwich with no cheese.So I took it up again to the cashier and he said that it was the Cooks mistake.He made it again and this time I got a chicken sandwich with cheese.Here's the million dollar question:Am I expecting too much to get my order right because after all it is Jack-in-the-Box? And I should just expect it whenever I come to a Jack-in-the-Box?Or does Jack-in-the-Box actually care about getting the orders correctI received a chicken sandwich without cheese.

Doors were shut because they said they were understaffed. Crew needs training. Food was not heated properly. Three people were there working. Line was also very slow. Had to call them to open doors so that I could return my cold food. Great area terrible restaurant.

So lesson learned. Dont try any new items on the menu. The so called rib eye burger is a joke. I thought they mistakenly gave me a breakfast sandwich. It was so tiny and it definitely did not look like rib eye at all. Sometimes places should just stick to what they know. I'll stick with their (real?) burgers, tacos and chicken sandwiches. Love their shakes and drinks.

Just went to this location and order a #2 Double Jack combo and this is what I got for the burger. Someone enlighten me please but not sure this is even on the menu.

Service is horrible. Show up to pick up my online order and they locked the front doors to funnel everyone into the drive thru. It then takes about 30 minutes to get my food, with only w cars in front of me. Never wasting my time with this place again.

Really bad food and place looked dirty. I suspect the thin beef patty on the sandwich was augmented with some kind of grain. It did not remotely resemble hamburger. I was shocked since Newport Beach is a very expensive community. The help was nice though. I had not been to a JIB in years. Very unlikely I will ever stop at another JiB
